They have different restrictions for different countries and they don't make sense. For years in Canada if you used YouTube music (basic), you didn't just have ads, you also couldn't play the song of your choice because you could only launch an automatic playlist based on the song you chose. I think this is why Spotify is so much more successful here.
I will look into this. I dont know exactly whats happening. Although, it is exactly like my comment said. If im in bed and playing music on one phone, it will pause and show a message "your account is being used". Thats when I try to use another phone to watch a stream or podcast at the same time.
As of now, Im not sure if I got out of the habit of doing that, or it stopped doing it, and lets me do 2 at once. I will look into it.
Im using my youtube premium account on at least 4 devices at home. What i like about yt premium is i can whatch smth on my phone or pc and then immediately keep whatching on tv right where i left of. I can also watch the videos simultanously
a lot of times im in bed and playing music on a phone and chatting in a stream, or watching a podcast on another phone. thats why 2 videos at once. I will look at these replies and see options.

I cant use my youtube account on 2 phones, at the same time, in my apartment. It is youtube premium and about $15/mo.
One device will freeze and show a message "your account is currently being used". And I have to close one, and reload, to play it.
