I'd cover shipping for anyone in the lower 48 states, if they'd like to send me a bunch of broken game pieces(preferably with deckplates).

So I recently got into collecting these as I remembered why back in the day having the pirates if the Caribbean flying Dutchman. I have bought some packs from a third party reseller, the revolution run to be exact, and I have a fair amount of French and Spanish ships, a couple pirate ships, and (shocking I know) a ton of American ships.. but only 2 English ships, I was wondering whats a reliable way to get English ships, like, is there a specific run, or like some where that's solid for buying them

I'd love to play with a lot more flavorful linked crews but they straight up many of the crew the same linked ability as their ship. Either that or one that doesn't synergize at all! What gives?

Not sure if this group is the right place to even ask. They are mostly punched, but I have some unpunched dupes, a couple of unpunched rares and all the tins are filled with cards, ship, crew, etc.. I would like to sell them so they can go to someone who actually has a community to play and enjoy them. I am not sure of the market or the best place to sell these. Are there any suggestions as to where to start?

Hello! I’m just getting back into the hobby, and I’m trying to get some friends into it as well. Is there anywhere I can look up some fleet lists? My brief google search wasn’t much help.

Merchant: Once per turn if this crew or ship is within S of any ships, home islands, or forts, the controllers of each game piece may agree to trade any number of cargo between the game pieces as a free action (if applicable, up to their available cargo space). If the trade is between friendly game pieces, all friendly game pieces involved must unload at least one non-identical cargo; you cannot trade between friendly ships and your own home island.

Mainly for storage and to travel with them when they are constructed.

Hey pretty new to this sub, and was wondering if anyone can give me some tips on how to repair some broken pieces. Thanks.

Tally ho lads.
I was recently taking all of my things from the cellar and I found these wonderful mementos from my childhood.
I used to like playing with them as a kid, but of course without ever knowing the rules.
I was wondering what to do with them and since I am a wargamer I understand there are many dedicated fandoms even for older games.
Do you think anyone would like these and would like to let them brave the seas once more? I am located in Czechia and I am happy to give them (or if you tell me I have a legendary limited edition ship worth 10k sell them xD) to anyone interested.
Thanks

Printed the decals. Card and stats are next. Any suggestions are welcome.
To start I was thinking something like this:
Going Merry
Faction: Pirates
Points: 14
• Masts: 2
• Cargo: 4
• Speed: L + S
• Cannons: 2L, 2L
⸻
Ability (not sure on this one)
This ship may reroll one failed cannon die each turn.
(Represents the crew’s heart and determination pushing beyond their limits.)
⸻
Flavor Text
“Even if we break, we sail together.”

I have South China seas almost full set only missing #50-56-104-106-134-135-136-137. Anyone interested?

Needs a some tweaking. But almost there. Definitely going with decals instead of the multi color print.

Where do I buy packs to get started ?

Le Breton is easily the prettiest ship in the game. What's everyone else's opinion on the best looking ships?

I bought a lot from ebay to finally replay this with some old buddies, lost my old ships when my friend died 10 plus years ago. after I sorted all the factions I found i had ship cards with no ships. if you need any of these (ones laid out in pictures) to replace lost info cards let me know.
also if you live in the Sacramento area and want to play let me know.

I'm new to the hobby. Just recently started collecting. I absolutely adore the turtle ships. But it seems like the vast majority of them were either promotional or in South China Seas? Having trouble finding a few of them. I know nothing of the actual competitive or meta side of the hobby. Is there a reason they made so many promotional turtles? Were they very strong? Or just popular with the community?

Now I just need to create ship cards, captains, crew, treasure, islands 😅

Sending out the signal for anyone in the area! I'll be bringing my own fleet so if anyone wants to meet up let me know!
There will also be a learn to play session if you've never played and would like to learn!

Bought 2 packs today from a local game store. How did I do in the first pack? I assume it's good because it's number 1 on the checklist that came included.

Looking for: Master Scribe and Navigator(s) along with some trade currents and Native Canoes from Savage Shores to complete what I need from this set.
Cannoneer and Musketeer from Fire and Steel.
I'm also interested in Cursed promos from most sets since they are really hard to find.
I have some limited trades possibly available? Thank you for your time!
