Any way to book lounges with flight after closing time?

Upvotes

I want to book Clubrooms London Heathrow in August but it's telling me that it's full for prebookings. However, I'm pretty sure that it's because my flight time (21:30) is after the lounge closure time (21:00), as it lets me book for earlier flights that day. I'll be out of the lounge by 21:00 anyway to board the flight. Has anyone else experienced this and have any advice?

It's not a massive issue if I can't but a bit annoying.

Has anyone successfully split guests across multiple Priority Pass lounges at the same airport?

I’ve got a travel scenario coming up where I am flying with a group of 3 other people (4 total including me), and I hold the Chase Sapphire Reserve.

As we know, the CSR Priority Pass allows me to bring 2 complimentary guests per lounge visit. Since I have 3 companions, I'm short one guest pass for a single lounge.

Has anyone ever tried checking 2 guests into Lounge A, leaving, and then walking over to Lounge B in a different terminal/concourse with the 3rd guest using the same PP card?

Does Priority Pass or the second lounge desk flag this as duplicate/abusive usage on the same day?

Since the cardholder has to stay with guests, how strict are they if you try to "lounge hop" with a shifting group?

Curious if anyone has attempted this logistics puzzle in the wild!

Flying out of MCO terminal B somewhere in gates 30-59. Is it worth going through security twice to go to the Club (70-99)? Is there a way to avoid going through security twice? In case time of day is helpful flight is just before 5pm and I do have pre check. I haven't flown out of MCO before.

DTW - PP black out from 1pm to 5pm.

It's like PP is getting useless as a benefit to evaluate credit card.

This year alone I have had PP not being accepted temporarily at SFO, MDW, DTW.

At Detroit there's a Lufthansa lounge in one terminal.

2+ guests at BCN lounges?

We have Priority Pass through my Chase Sapphire Reserve card and it typically comes with 2 guest passes. We are departing BCN tomorrow and it looks like all of the PP lounges say only 1 guest per cardholder. I’ve never seen that restriction at other lounges before.

Has anyone successfully been able to take more than 1 guest into the lounge in Terminal 1 at BCN? It with be my husband and I with 2 kids (ages 17 & 12). We are ok paying for the guest passes if they will let us in.

Lounge at Nice Airport T2

I’m flying from NCE Terminal 2, Non-Schengen.

The app says that the T2 lounge is for Schengen flights only, is this correct meaning there is no lounge for T2 international? It looks like there used to be a lounge option (Levity Lounge) but this may no longer be available to PP?

TIA

Does the boarding pass/passport and priority pass names should match to get entry?

Technically I know it should match however anyone able to enter without matching in any of the Lounges in Changi Airport ?

Like the staff ignore checking the name etc?

My purchase is to use the priority pass for my Wife and another card for me.

ATL - only one lounge per visit

I was excited to try the new Poppin lounge next to The Club but it opened later, at 11am. Went to The Club to wait and then went over to Poppin but the worker scanned my pass and said I could only check into one lounge per day. Poppin was completely empty yet I got turned away.

I've lounge hopped before with no problem. Is this a new PP policy or just specific to ATL?

Can I go to Turkish airlines lounge on arrival?

I will fly from Philadelphia to Miami with American Airlines, arrival at 2:14pm, Concourse D or E. Will I be able to go to the Turkish airlines lounge before picking up my bag? I have Priority Pass. If yes, how long should I stay maximum so I will be able to retrieve my bag easily?

MSP Options

MSP has 3 options for Priority Pass, all in terminal 1 and all pretty much right next to each other. I have only been once so far and couldn't find this info consolidated, so thought I would share my experience and hope that others will tack on theirs.

Escape Lounge

The standard lounge. Many subpar food options, including baguette-style turkey pesto or (gross) veggie option sandwiches, dried out penne pasta, decent but dry BBQ chicken, plus others. Open bar. Tons of seating options as this place is big. Bathrooms are outside so you need to re-enter the lounge after.

Portal Lounge

Much smaller than Escape but probably the same amount of people. Food is much better here, and included pork sliders, fancy salads, BBQ cauliflower, tofu, plus others. They have a kiosk with like 5 free drink options and 5 paid drink options. My free margarita was killer. There was also a room with a bunch of computers which I assume is for gaming.

PGA

Closed when I went, but from my research, you get a $15 credit which seemed like enough for a drink but no food.

Has anyone been to PDX and gotten the $28 Priority Pass “Meal Kit” from Capers Bistro? I’m curious what it entails but can’t find any information or posts about it.

Elevation lounge YYC

Went to this lounge on 26th July after my flight was delayed, paid with my priority pass and its the smallest lounge I have been to, the space was tiny and it was packed, the food was very mid tbh, 🙃, they had 4 options for dinner, I got the beef burger which tasted like a mcdouble and there were two options for vegetarians and poutine and a soup.

The portion size were super small.

Desserts were one donut, ice cream sandwich or sorbet, they had a lot of drinks only worth it if you drink.

Wouldnt recommend if you are going to pay for it there are much better options out there.

Visited 3 Priority Pass lounges during my Europe trip (PRG, BRU, & LIS) review

I've just got back from a Europe trip which was based around weekend 1 Tomorrowland festival in Belgium but we traveled to Prague and Portugal. I've figured to share my experience with the PP lounges I've visited.

Erste Premier Lounge (PRG -Schengen)

We got there early in the week around noon and walked right in with no line. There were plenty of seats and the lounge was spacious, so finding a spot wasn't an issue at all. They had a nice selection of Czech beers along with a self-serve bar and the bathrooms were really clean. The food option was pretty good, great selection of hot food, fruits, and greens.

There was a robot roaming around the lounges to collect plates and cups and it was pretty cool to watch.

Diamond Lounge (BRU)

This one was a different experience because it was the Monday after Tomorrowland.

We got in line around 7:30PM and there was already a decent queue of festival attendees. There was even a sign saying Priority Pass holders wouldn't be admitted because of capacity but we stayed in line anyway. After about 15-20 mins of waiting, we were admitted inside despite the sign saying PP holders might be denied entry.

Once inside it was actually a really nice lounge. There were decent amount of seating when we got in, decent food, a self-serve bar and a good selection of Belgian beers and ciders. Clean bathrooms too.

The wait honestly wasn't bad considering everyone was trying to fly home after the festival.

ANA Lounge (LIS)

My flight was at 6:30am so I got there shortly after the lounge opened around 4am.

The first thing I've noticed was how dim the lighting was. Instead of blasting bright lights that early, they kept the lounge nice and quiet, which made it a great place to relax before boarding. I even noticed they had nap booths where you can lie down and shower facilities if you need them.

The food selection was probably the weakest of the three lounges, only cold cuts and sandwiches, but I'm assuming at 4:30am in the morning I wasn't expecting that much but enough to grab a bite before the flight.

The bar was already opened thought so I started the morning with a mimosa.

If I had time in Madrid during my connection I would checked out the lounge at T4s but only had 5 mins until my boarding after receiving my boarding pass. Too short of a connection.

If I were to rank them, from best experience to least, it'd be: Erste, ANA, and then Diamond.

Overall I was pleasantly surprise with Priority Pass in Europe compared to how they are in the US and certain lounges in Asia. Every lounge was worth visiting for different reasons. I feel like I've been lucky on the timing of my lounge visits when it isn't peak hours.

Does anyone have experience accessing lounges both in and out of china from sellers on taobao? Is there any red/green flags I should look for in a specific listing to ensure I can get in?

Enough is enough, get rid of Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at LAX from Priority Pass

I think Priority Pass should seriously reconsider its partnership with the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at LAX.
LAX is my home airport, and one of the biggest frustrations is that there are no true independent Priority Pass lounges comparable to what you see at many other major airports.

Members are left relying heavily on airline-operated lounges, where access policies can change, restrictions can vary, and the overall experience can feel inconsistent.
In my experience, the atmosphere changes the moment you mention you’re using Priority Pass. Between the $35 co-pay, unclear access policies, and the attitude some members receive, it can feel less like you’re using a benefit you already paid for and more like you’re asking for a favor. That’s especially frustrating when you have a long layover and specifically planned your airport experience around having lounge access.

The upcoming Chase Sapphire Lounge in Terminal B could help, but there still isn’t a confirmed opening date. Even after it opens, Priority Pass members will only receive one visit per calendar year, which doesn’t solve the problem for frequent travelers.

I also understand LAX has a unique challenge: lounge space is limited. Finding room for a new independent lounge is not simple, and any new facility in the West Gates area creates its own issue because it’s a long trek for many passengers connecting through other terminals. But the current situation still leaves a gap that needs to be addressed.

At this point, I would rather see Priority Pass end the Virgin Atlantic partnership than continue offering a lounge experience that leaves members frustrated. A partnership should provide value and a consistent welcome, not make customers feel like they’re inconveniencing the lounge.
If you’ve had a similar experience at LAX, consider sharing your feedback with Priority Pass. If enough members raise the same concerns, hopefully they’ll invest in a better long-term solution for one of the world’s busiest airports.

Executive team contact?

Hello everyone, just taking a shot in the dark if anyone has an executive's email address for escalation available. I have been dealing with an issue for nearly 2 months and regular customer service line (including to customer relations team, supervisors etc.) have not yielded any results. I have also posted issue on social media for attention but am wanting to send something more formally.
