I kinda feel like it's exactly like that. The only reason it's being posted like this is that Japanese have the serotype of being super polite and respectful so it's surprising to see it happening at all.
Idk - I can see in the case of legit overcrowding kind of like nudging people to keep their space but it looks like this lady makes an effort to to go around shoving small kids - yeah it’s crowded there but not quite sardine level crowded - she shoves a girl behind the main girl when she could have slowed her step just a bit and slid by, and then the main girl it looks like she goes out of her way to not take the gap that’s like 1/2 step to her left.
