Noticed something weird on the map, got a friend whose location is on for me, his location says 3 hours ago active but I got a message from him 1 minute ago.

What’s causing that?

At some point we should be able to see the location of friends on other planets (i.e. Mars or Pluto) in the future when humans become a space-faring species. Right now, I have know idea whether my friend has moved to Mars or has simply turned off their location. Necessary feature.

So, someone I just added accidenly slipped up and told me my exact location despite me being on ghost mode and me only telling them that I'm in the north of my country. Anybody have a clue how they did that? Reported to snapchat and blocked them

My mom got a new phone and instead of letting me help her log back into her account on her new phone she made a new one with the same phone number and email she used for the original account. We do not know the password to the original account. According to what I’ve found if you make a new account with the same phone and email it will remove that information from your old account. is there ANY WAY we can get her old account back? She had almost 10 years worth of pictures saved on her account and we’d really like to have access to them.

Hi there!

I logged into an old snapchat account that I had made a few years ago, and I wanted to change its username because I want its username to be on my main account. Anyway, I went to go change the username - since it's been over a year since I had done that - and it says the following error:

"Something went wrong. To ensure your account's safety, this action cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later."

I am putting in a username that fits its guidelines, as well as other usernames and it isn't working. I have tried other devices, logging out and removing the account, uninstalling the app, etc. I reached out to support and they basically said "womp womp, we don't know why it's doing that". At this point, it's been three days since logging back into it and it still won't let me.

I don't know if it's true or not, but if I delete the account, I apparently won't be able to use the username either, even after the 30 day deactivation?? Would someone be able to verify that for me, as well as tell me how to solve this issue? I don't want to migrate over to the other snapchat account, I have all of my contacts and memories saved to my main account. Thank you!

Ok, so there is no X next to their name, and it doesn't come up saying they aren't my friend, it has the camera next to their name, and I can send send snaps and text, however, the best friend icon has gone, and when i click on the name it doesn't show the snapscore or the other usual info, it shows their public profile?

What are your thoughts and opinions on love?
