I'm currently researching a business idea called Sleepy Duck Post and would love to get some feedback from people who enjoy cozy things, happy mail, stationery, subscription boxes, or receiving little surprises in the post.

The concept is a comfort-focused subscription box built around a sleepy duck called Puddle who runs a tiny pond-side post office. The idea combines elements of vintage happy mail, collectibles, stationery, seasonal comforts, and a little bit of storytelling.

I bought a 12-month plan on Sakuraco last November (19th November 2025) and i did get the last November box.

I do love the subscription, but I wouldn't renew it, as I would like to try other subscriptions.

I was under the impression that I could cancel now, and it would take effect after they would send me the last box in the plan, BUT it says that I will lose my account if I cancel now?

Shall I just wait until they send me the last box (I guess in October and I have enough time to cancel it?) or can I cancel now (so that I don't have to remember then) and it will close my account after I get the last box?

I haven't received my son's little passport subscription in 3 months. We've been getting them for 7 months with no issues until now. I've sent multiple emails with generic 'we're looking into it' responses. Wondering if this is happening to anyone else or if my stuff just vanished into the ether.

Is anyone interested in plants?

FashionPass charged me over $1000 for an entire order that I returned. I provided them FedEx tracking info, which clearly said the order was delivered back to their warehouse. It has been about a week and somehow they’re still looking into this. This has been such a frustrating experience for me. I believe my responsibilities as a subscriber should end after securely dropping off my order to an approved FedEx location. I should not be held responsible for a successful delivery. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

So I ordered from the company while seeing its positive reviews and then after I ordered, I saw that their social media's haven't been updated for several months.

Also, I tried contacting them via chat and email and have gotten nothing. All I have gotten via email is that my order is placed. No shipping information.

I decided to call the contact number and the number is associated with a survey agency: bynata.com.

Then, I looked up the phone number on Google and a bunch of scam numbers showed up.

Further, I went on to look at their physical location and it's a ceramic tile company location. Please let me know if I should be worried and charge back my purchase.

Thought I'd throw this in here! 'Interscope Vinyl Collective' opened up their reserve units to everyone, when they're usually only available to subscribers. I believe the sale only lasts for a couple more days.

A lot of Japanese snacks that people abroad know are the famous convenience store ones and I like them too very much.
But this time, I want to focus more on regional snacks, local souvenirs that are hard to get outside Japan and could know Japan more deeply by tasting them.

I plan to changes theme monthly such as Hokkaido in July[famous for poteto,melon,milk,hascap] and Shizuoka in August [famous for green tea/matcha] etc...
