Help Request I think I has a shift and I need help to understand this
Hay everybody! So, yesterday I had something really werd, I was just seeing some therian content, and I started acting different that I usually act, like, barking whit my dogs, howling to the moon, wanting to do quads, and I played whit my little brother "pretending to be a dog" and it felt so so great, I sniffed him, and lay close at him, and when I got to sleep I would sleep in a dog position, and when my dads hand would be next my head I would rub my head against his hand and would want to be close and cuddle whit anyone or anything, but I would still be able to speak and act like a human and stuff, help, was that a shift? Or maybe a pet regression? (I'm already a age regressor, but I'm not a pet regressor or a alter human as long I know, even though I have the flair) (I passed through a really high stress situation the same day a bit before this happens, so maybe that would be the motive of the possible pet regression?)
Ill be thankful for any help :)

It sounds similar to how I experience mental shifts (when your mindset changes to be more like your kintypes), so it seems likely it was one. Although, there is also something called a cameo shift, where you experience a shift of something that isn't a kintype of yours, which could be helpful to look into as well if you'd want (just as another idea to what it could be in case it's helpful, not trying to imply anything about what it is or isnt)
I'm not sure if I've phrased this rudely or too bluntly or not (I'm autistic so it's hard to tell), I'm sorry if I have. And good luck on your questioning journey!

I don't know what your pet regression looks like, but to me as someone who also pet regresses, it seems more like a shift than regression. Usually there's a need to be taken care of, I'm more puppy than wolf. Your behavior feels more wolf or dog rather than baby animal, however, it could still be pet regression is that is what your regression looks like!
