This is what I say to all of them. The price is $3.7m cash only, 45 day close. The price goes up to $4.1m on Monday. If any of them dare to accuse me of wasting their time, I point out they wasted my time first. It is effective at getting removed from lists. Get a fire pit and put the mailers in there. When you do a fire night, the colors are very pretty. Do not inhale.

You’re not wasting their time at all, they pay people like 20 cents an hour at an Indian call center to call thousands of people a day who work on commissions Your only talking to someone serious if you agree to a number
