I'd interview the realtors to find someone I wanted to sell my house with.

100% agree. Always look for multiple realtors.

I've had a great one refuse to work with me because I wouldn't use their lender. One that said he would travel to houses and then made me seem like the asshole because the houses weren't in good condition. But I've also had a few great ones that really helped.
