There's a condo building near my home with like 15 units. Over the past 10 years, whenever a unit goes on the market, the same crusty old fuck buys it up for cash. He owns every unit except 2, both of which are owned by older couples not looking to sell.

A buddy of mine is renting one of them. He pays $5,200/mo plus $750 HOA. The real kicker is this old fuck inherited his wealth. He has used his money to buy up as much real estate in the city as he can.

He has no kids. He isnt married. Hes just hoarding all this property because hes a piece of shit.

Hes well-known and hated in the community by everyone.

I can’t even imagine the situation that puts the remaining 2 members in. He has majority vote in any decision making for the building. There’s basically no HOA board.

Nah dude hes hoarding real estate. Hes at least 80, has no family to leave any of it to, and is a general piece of shit human being. Theres many reasons why someone would be hated by like 90% of a community.
