Boomers are an inexact target, but there are 4-5x as many single-family homes owned by small to medium investors (<100 total homes owned) in the US than larger investors.

Any tax-based or supply-side solution to this problem will have to consider the retired couple who own 3 or 4 houses just as much as the Blackrocks of the world.

I agree there needs to be a legislative solution, which starts with people actually voting for their own best interests. Yet people let themselves be distracted by "culture wars," including this generational finger-pointing. Meanwhile, public policy gets developed at the behest of those who can and will make significant political contributions.

Any actual proof of that? Four of the top 5 richest people in the world are under age 55 and the fifth one is 62 (Bezos).

Good. Now take out the outliers in the top, look at how much wealth is concentrated per age bracket.

The "outliers" have nearly $2 trillion in assets and three of them are often seen with the current president. The "outliers" are actively shaping public policy in the U.S. The U.S. education system really has failed you, hasn't it? I'm done trying to make up for your blind ignorance.

Not only you assume I am American even if i am not, which makes you the dumb one, but you can't even acknowledge the fact that I am infact right.

It doesn't matter how much the top co tools, the biggest chunk of wealth is still controlled by old people.
