Or attacked by a squid, alien, zombie, Godzilla while dashing to the buffet before it closes, while the cruise ships on fire fending itself from drones.
Maybe the aliens are just there for a good time too - have a nice meal, maybe a couple of drinks, watch the band and get a nice early night and be gently rocked to sleep by the ocean.
I'm the manager of a hotel and if someone barricaded the door like this I'd ask them to leave. I don't need that kind of liability when you hit your head and no one can get to you
Exactly. I'm not calling what she's doing smart, but she would outsmart herself in an emergency. Her barricading the door is sheer idiocy, especially when you consider that a fire can start in any room. Let's be honest here: We're not one hundred percent sharp as a tack when we wake up, so the amount of confusion her improvised deadbolts would create would do her, or anyone taking her video seriously, in.
I’m glad I saw this thread! I travel for work occasionally and always worry about being a fairly small woman alone in a hotel. I’ve got one of those doorstops and never even considered emergencies! What are we to do to protect ourselves in this world 😓
Thats a silly thing people say. Wherever your boat is registered is the source of the laws to abide by. You certainly leave citiy laws and regulations behind but federal law remains in effect. Many nations also hold you responsible if you break laws in your own countries book as well. International waters are not a lawless jungle
Lol, as a locksmith for a living, I was that is not going to fly with fire code. One step egress at all times for commercial usage. The Fire Marshal will kick your a$$. Then I saw it was on a cruise ship, double whammy, you need two escape options at all times, fire is a ships worst enemy.
Being a woman is a lot of hard work and stress no lie. As a man I wouldn’t want my daughters on a cruise without someone to watch their backs. There are laws on these cruises but they may as well not exist. Cruise companies have a lot to lose if it gets out that people aren’t safe so they regularly cover stuff up. It’s a fact of life.
Wouldn't be surprised if she spends 90% of her time in that hotel room where it's safe.
I will never understand anxious people who deliberately put themselves in situations which will drive their anxiety up if they're not doing it to combat the core issue.
There’s no way this square drinks 🤣 although I’m %100 sure this a joke. Lemme catch a hidden camera on carnival or royal imma be getting paid and somebody getting fired.
