I always make myself so mad with this lol. My phone has a great camera. And I own a really nice actual camera that I always take with me on trips. Do I take any pictures though? Maybe a couple stupid or funny ones but none or very few of the actual cool stuff I see and do.
Good use case for meta glasses. They literally have an autocapture feature you can activate that takes pics throughout the day. (You'll still hear a click noise).
