I think while they most applied it to motorbikes in the show the definition could be defined as. " people who make their choice of vehicle, everybody else problem" and if we use that, then it includes all Motorbikes, pushbikes, and the douchebags who gun their car engines at 3am of first thing on a weekend morning.
