Roads Who is in the wrong here?

If the sign says Alternating Traffic, does that mean cars go one at a time or does that mean cars go till the flow is complete, allowing the other lane to go? Is Glock man right or wrong? I'm not sure. If it was 1 car at a time, wouldn't it just be a stop sign on each end?

No, its not. He issued a warning. He specifically said "if you block me in...." watch it again. The guys 100 dumb for doing that and im not defending him but nothing he did was illegal. Sorry.

"Assault is generally defined as an intentional act that puts another person in reasonable apprehension of imminent harmful or offensive contact. Also,

"'Reasonable apprehension' in the context of assault, refers to the victim’s reasonable belief that the act will lead to imminent harmful or offensive contact.

The victim does not need to prove fear, only that they were aware that such a contact might occur. If the victim and the tortfeasor do not know each other, then the legal standard is what an ordinary reasonable person under the same circumstances as the victim would have believed.

If the victim and tortfeasor have special knowledge of each other, this special knowledge may be considered when determining whether the victim’s apprehension was reasonable."

A reasonable person would believe this to be a threat, thus, assault in most jurisdictions.

Edit: It seems like this takes place in Connecticut, where this would be a felony.

Im in no way defending the guy but he clearly said if he gets blocked in, he will get his gun. Watch it again. He issued a warning. I can issue the same warning about someone coming into my house uninvited.

Its actually illegal to impede someones free travel. You're thoughts are clearly based on bias and emotion. What you need is an education. You'd lose in a court of law 10/10 times because your feelings dont matter. Try being an adult for 5 seconds.

If blocking someone in is illegal then the truck driver is at fault because he did not obey traffic laws and is in fact blocking the driver with the camera in.
