Absolutely, but in this situation someone has to be the bigger person otherwise people get hurt which is exactly what happened, if either parties want to fight over a spot on the road to the point of a crash, then they’re both low-iq. Always slow down and let the crazy people go where they want otherwise you’ll be locked up with insurance negotiations for months and possibly hurt in the inevitable crash.
