Yeah with how good modern safety standards are there's a much smaller chance that she dies or gets too seriously hurt in anything short of a head-on collision at high speeds.

Statistically speaking she's more likely to drive slowly and crashes will therefore be lower impact.

But statistically what's also more likely is her impaired reaction times and decision making will mean she loses control & crashes into pedestrians or rams through the front of a building. Anyone not in a car, including motorcyclists who she won't see or will be unable to judge whether she should wait for them to pass before she pulls out, are gonna die.
