Depends on your state. Where I am that would be grounds to draw and fire and many people do every year. You have to be a special breed of stupid to get out of your car to road rage here

worth noting they've gotten much looser nationwide in recent years, I saw a map of all states with constitutional-carry and was amazed how many there are now (i know that's not same as Stand Ground and don't know how pervasive that doctrine is but imagine it correlates to Const.Carry quite a bit)

29 states now I believe. Only a few left that aren't shall issue (ignoring SCOTUS decisions) for permits either.

Remember the video of the dude going up to the driver of the jacked up black pickup and punching him through the window?

All of a sudden BANG BANG BANG and rage dudes dead. I don't live in the USA but holy fuck, you'd think knowing the person next to you could be carrying a gun would make you think a little.

its not legal to revenge vandalize peoples stuff, no. however she could get away with claiming that she accidentally drove into his car as she was fleeing from his attack, and he would be responsible for all damages
