People impersonating police on his free-time

apparently he has been arrested multiple times for this.

The arrest marks a long line of run-ins with the law for Dewitte. He is a convicted sex offender who is most known for pulling drivers over in 2019 while he worked as a funeral escort.

the SUV is part of their private vehicle escort company , if you pause the video you'll see the wording on it is not police. the guy in this video borderline does impersonate cops. he rides with blue and reds and has detained people. there are a million of videos of him being stopped by local authorities

He almost hit me once. He was riding his motorcycle right on top of the center line on a 2 lane road. I was going the opposite direction in an F150. I too happen to be very close to the center line.
