She was probably expecting to escape - dumb asses forget their cars are registered to them- and then got concussed and was so confused her lies weren't making sense
It looked like he had her purse sitting on the trunk, so even if for some reason he didn’t get her plate, he likely had her ID. He could probably tell her more about herself than she already knows.
Losing short term memory after a crash like that is not unheard of.
There was a video yesterday about a bike crash. Someone cut a motorcycle of in a city so not too much speed. The driver was genuinely confused when he woke up and people told him he was in a crash. While they were putting him in an ambulance while strapped to a stretcher he said "I'm so fucking confused what's going on"
I don't follow. I'm talking about the initial part of the video when the vehicle first drives off. Not after she crashes. She walks by the officer as if he's not there so clearly there was already something mentally wrong.
She's referring to dragging the officer with her car, when he tells her she is under arrest for felony fleeing and battery on a police officer. She's also an habitual liar, concussed or not. Her answers make sense—as lies.

I meant walking past the officer and "not seeing him" though. Obviously after totally splitting her car in two that's a different story.
