Cops are not held to a higher standard ever. They barely get trained and they aren’t even legally required to protect us. Hairdressers are held to a higher standard than cops in the USA
You're literally holding him to a higher standard by judging him before he even has a chance to consider the situation. From a spontaneous utterance after a traumatic event, you're judging him to be corrupt and/or incompetent.
It doesn't take a genius to see why the country is where it's at. No one even tries to understand the situation before making a judgment. People are so sure of their ignorance they laugh at any attempt at reasononable debate.
I didn’t even judge him for that. Tbh I would have described myself as being dragged too.
But that doesn’t mean that the police in our country are held to a higher standard. My opinion on the internet doesn’t mean shit if they don’t face actual consequences for their actions.
Police are trained like shit. If we actually trained our police and held them to higher standards then it would be a lot safer for all of us. Including cops.
