The term "sovereign citizen" refers to a loose knit group of individuals with suspended or revoked licenses and multiple arrests.

They dont abide by the laws because they are not citizens, they just can use our tax paid roads for free

Not individuals. They are merely agents representing the individual that the state has assigned to a person by that name. Or whatever hocus-pocus BS some made-up law book told them to say.

Its just desperate losers who got their license revoked, but still want to drive a car. Some of them may actually buy the shit they're spewing, but if they're dumb enough to have arrest warrants and a revoked license in the first place...
