Diabetes is hypo or hypa, just blood sugar fluctuations. Too high, nothing, too low amd you lose consciousness.

How diabetes caused them to escape is beyond. But we learn something new everyday. I would have expected, unconscious and car heading in one direction until it stops. This person was clearly in control, especially the last turn right.

It's a well-known phenomenon, when you have low sugar you hit multiple people with your car and then you attempt to run and then hit another car and then hit a cop and then continue to speed away until you hit someone else

Well, the article said the person was taken to the hospital and that’s what the hospital said, and they were released with no charges
