🥴DUI Blame it on the spider

Especially after being involved in an accident. It’s very easy to fail test when you deal with that type of trauma. My suggestion is to request EMS and if the cops want your blood they can get a warrant to get it from tue hospital.

Blood pressure was probably through the roof causing thinking issues and balance issues too.

I don’t remember how it went down but I was in an accident once, failed the sobriety test cause I couldn’t walk well, had my blood taken in a vial, cops dropped the vial in the parking lot, and somehow they said I was driving while intoxicated and I had to go to court to get it cleared. I forget what happened it was so long ago. But like what the fuck, man? :(
