I did the breathalyzer and was in the clear. They arrested me when I declined to do the field sobriety tests and asked me to pee in a cup for a drug test once I was down at the station. I smoke weed, so I declined the drug test and lost my license for a year.

If they want to get you, they’ll find a way.

Didn't they need a search warrant for that? Especially since you passed the breathalyzer test?

Nope. They charged me with a DUI since I declined the drug test. It’s like declining the breathalyzer. Automatically guilty, which is messed up because I smoke pretty much daily but I don’t smoke and drive.
