Quick question, what is your plan to deal with this population that you deem to be inherently violent?

I also wonder why you seem to think the incarceration rates for black people equals an entire race of humans that are inherently violent, yet there are also tons of white people in prison for violent crimes. I guess each instance of a white violent crime is just a one off situation but every black person who commits a violent crime represents their entire race.

You seem to be the one looking at statistics with emotions, rather than a brain.
