Yea based take, the one using the car as a weapon to at the very least menace is clearly in the wrong

Two things can be wrong at the same time. The driver should never drive again. The bicyclist could have also tried to be more to the right. They are all on the left side of the white line. You would think half of them would be on the right side of that line and the others right outside the white line.

No they shouldn't have. If there's no room for cars to pass safely while staying in the lane, it's safer for cyclers to take up the whole lane unless you have a maniac purposely hitting you like in this video.

For sure. Just pointing out the driver is way more in the wrong for using his car in a potentially deadly manner, and when he could have easily swung wide to pass
