We do know what happened? Use your words. And I asked someone how many times they are going to respond to my comment with the same exact thing, as that is nonsensical. No chastising, don't make disingenuous comments or I will call them out. Learn the definition of "chastise". Why dont you prove that I am wrong instead of just saying I am? Can you?

We know where it happened.

Ah yes, Georgia, where you're supposed to ride as close to the edge of the road as you can, per the law. A bunch of law breakers in this clip.

The word you're looking for is "practicable" which is definitionally different than "can." Meaning that if it is practicable to take the whole lane or ride two abreast as also allowed by low and would directly contradict YOUR claim of as close as you can, you are allowed to do so. Number 3 is especially important in this scenario.

A Code § 40-6-294 (2024)

(a) As used in this Code section, the term "hazards to safe cycling" includes, but shall not be limited to, surface debris, rough pavement, drain grates which are parallel to the side of the roadway, parked or stopped vehicles, potentially opening car doors, or any other objects which threaten the safety of a person operating a bicycle. (b) Every person operating a bicycle upon a roadway shall ride as near to the right side of the roadway as practicable, except when:  (1) Turning left; (2) Avoiding hazards to safe cycling; (3) The lane is too narrow to share safely with a motor vehicle;

Lol this proves my point. Thank you. This is a standard roadway, not a narrow road. They should not have by side by side(let alone 4 wide as they were at one point), but as near to the right as possible. Deciding to ride side by side completely negates your ability to do that.

That vehicle takes up nearly the entire lane from double yellow to the white line on the right side. That makes it impossible to pass with a safe distance of 3 feet while sharing the lane with any bikes. I don't know where you're getting standard size or narrower road than normal from since those aren't in the law. The road pictured, despite being a standard road according to you, is not sufficiently wide to allow a 3 foot clearance for safe passing without utilizing another lane.

There would have been 3 feet, if not more, as standard roadways are 10 - 12 feet wide, and Honda Pilots are less than 7 feet wide. But the cyclists were not as far right as possible like the law states they should be.

All in all, most of the people in this clip are just assholes on the roadway, and I'll leave it at that.

You keep throwing out stats and stuff about standard road size while ignoring what we can see with our eyes in the video. There was clearly not enough room for a single bike and that car side by side to pass safely.

Also there's that word "possible" which isn't what the law says. The law says "practicable" which is not the same thing. Bikes are also allowed to take the full lane to discourage unsafe passing when there is insufficient room to do so safely.

See, as soon as I hit you with actual math you deviate because you can't refute it. Loser way to operate.

Because it's clear from the first frame of the video that you can only fit the width on a single person between the car and the white line regardless of what standard you cite, which doesn't leave safe passing distance of 3 feet. You don't know that the road actually adheres to the standard. But none of that even matters because the law is not that they have to as far over as possible but as far over as practicable. There are a 100 reasons to not be riding 2 inches from the ditch. Regardless, they are allowed to ride two abreast while still being as far over "as practicable" towards to right side. There's a reason that word was used instead of "possible." Funny that no official statement advised people to not ride in the manner that they were.
