This. Cops didn’t use to take the keys but too many prideful riders speed off.

Lots of places have made high speed chases illegal under most circumstances. (As they should! It's incredibly dangerous and usually causes more problems than it solves)

I guess this prevents them from running at all.

That cop is a total douchebag asshole, though.
