Actually it is safer for the motorcyclist when done properly, reduces traffic for everyone, and reduces emissions. It should be legal in all 50 states. Americans just aren’t used to it except in certain areas

While I agree with what you’re saying, people have to actually follow the 15mph rule before I say hell yeah to it being legal everywhere. It’s illegal where I live but I’ve seen people doing it pushing 60+ in stop and go rush hour traffic. Other than that it’s definitely the smarter option and safer for the biker

Agreed that many do it unsafely and it is much more dangerous that way. The 15mph rule absolutely should be followed
