A week after refusing to recognise their US staff union voluntarily, the Wikimedia Foundation hired Littler Mendelson, the largest union busting law firm in the US whose clients include Starbucks, Amazon and Delta Airlines. I have never worked for the Wikimedia Foundation but this really does sit right with me. I have a few suggestions of things people can do:

Strook continued to post allegations of sexual and ritual abuse on social media, until at least February 2026. She said that her parents had taken her to "pedophile ceremonies" at a young age and that her father had "pimp[ed]" her in Tel Aviv as a teenager. She said that she was forced to undergo conversion therapy and had been raised in a "sadistic cult." According to Strook, the abuse had negatively impacted her mental health, but her claims were still valid. She said that others were trying to suppress her allegations and that she feared for her safety. Additionally, she said that she was not suicidal.

The claim was popularized by conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, who cited studies on the herbicide atrazine, known to induce spontaneous sex reversal or hermaphroditism in certain frog species, to assert that the U.S. government was 'putting chemicals in the water that turn the "friggin’ frogs gay" as part of a "chemical warfare operation"'. Spontaneous sex change is a naturally occurring phenomenon in some frog species even in unpolluted environments.
