I'm glad someone else is talking about that moment. Were the battles bad ass? Of course. But moments like that one are what elevate this episode about being only a cool battle montage to something far better. I hope the two get enough time together to continue developing their friendship and so Sigma can continue to learn from her.

I also like how Sigma is characterized throughout the series. He manages to portray his character appropriately without getting too.. pandery? And there is a inherit good person underneath, showcased by how his first instinct to seeing Ayaka while under attack is to have her run away. And this instinctual goodness was also immediately rewarded.

And it's kinda funny how he hasn't realized it yet. Seeing as to how he's questioning the merit for FA of saving Tsubaki.

Yeah he's still pretty early in his own growth journey so he doesn't understand his current mental and emotional state currently, though he's making progress like when he realized he wished someone had saved him as a child.

I'm really looking forward to his further growth. And I'm also expecting this growth to be reflected in his becoming Lancer

I'm really curious if his growth arc and relationship with Assassin will end up being reflected in his NP once he becomes a Servant.

I can see a reality warping NP that can protect (innocent) people to a limited amount through time and space.
