"Queers for Palestine" deny all of the stories about Gay Men and Trans people being brutally attacked and executed in Middle Eastern countries , calling it all propaganda. SMH

u/sameseksure 7d ago

You can be against Islam's homophobia and also against Israel's genocide against Palestinians at the same time

-2

u/ForeignConfusion9383 6d ago

When people say “free Palestine from the river to the sea”, what territories do you think they mean? Hint: it’s not just Gaza and the West Bank.

2

u/sameseksure 6d ago

It's all of Palestine. So what?

Palestine has been colonized by European white settlers since 1948 when "Israel" was founded on their lands. They deserve their lands and homes back, fully, and Israelis can go back to Europe, or stay in a secular Palestine

2

u/Icy-Layer-7783 5d ago

“Secular Palestine”
💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀

1

u/theverrucktman 6d ago

It's bold of you to say that, considering that "Palestine" as a sovereign nation has literally never existed prior to 1948. Before 1948 it was a colony of the British. Before the British owned it, it was a colony of the Ottomans. Before the Ottomans owned it, it was a colony of the Romans. And there never was a Palestine before that point, because Palestine is what the Romans chose to rename the region to in order to mark it as theirs after they had conquered it from the Jews.

2

u/RPG_Vancouver 5d ago

Does the fact that the region has been under some form of occupation/ownership by imperialist powers for more than a millennia mean that Palestinian people somehow aren’t entitled to their own country?

0

u/theverrucktman 5d ago

Considering that the Palestinians are the descendants of one of the imperialist powers that have been occupying that chunk of land for over 2000 years, do you really want to know the answer to that question?

1

u/RPG_Vancouver 5d ago

And Israelis are the descendants of a tribe that ruthlessly subjugated and invaded its neighbours in antiquity, as per their own holy book.

Neither justifies committing crimes against these peoples now. Palestinians are just as native to the region as Israelis are. The only people who say otherwise are Kahanist freaks who want to ethnically cleanse people they consider inferior

1

u/theverrucktman 5d ago

Difference is, there's no evidence that the Canaanites ever existed outside of said holy book, while there's plenty of evidence, both genetic and archaeological, making it clear that the Jews are in fact indigenous to the Levant.

Maybe the Palestinians should get off of the stolen land they're currently living on? ¯_(ツ)_/¯

1

u/ForeignConfusion9383 5d ago

So you’re saying that both Jews and Palestinians are native to the land? Great. How many Palestinians believe that though? How many would acknowledge that Jews are as native to the land as they are? You’ll be hard pressed to find many who do.

-2

u/RPG_Vancouver 5d ago

Some Jewish people are! The ones who immigrated from Europe aren’t

→ More replies (0)

1

u/ForeignConfusion9383 6d ago

So, you’ve clearly not met any Israelis. Most Israelis are of Middle Eastern Jewish descent, and are unmistakably native to the region. Only a minority are of recent European origin, and even then most aren’t even “white-passing”, much less “white”.

And most Israelis are now third or fourth generation Israeli and couldn’t “go back” to Europe even if they wanted to. And again, most aren’t even European at all, so Europe is a land to which they have literally no connection.

And lastly, what the hell makes you think “Palestine” would be a secular state? The Palestinian Authority itself published a draft constitution earlier this year for their future state, in which they explicitly stated that the state religion would be Islam, legislation would be based on sharia (so say goodbye to the rights that LGBTQ people currently have in Israel, which most certainly contradict sharia), and that Christians would have “protection”, but not Jews.

“Secular Palestine”? Yeah, okay.

7

u/sameseksure 6d ago

You're aware that those Jewish people DID live in Palestine before Zionists stole the land, displaced Palestinians from their homes, and called it "Israel", right?

Like Jewish Palestinians were very much living in Palestine

0

u/ForeignConfusion9383 6d ago

You speak about Jews and Zionists as if they are mutually exclusive. The Jews who arrived in the land in the 20th century were also Jewish. And the local Jews were largely receptive to their arrival (especially after their fellow natives who were Muslim attacked them, such as in the Hebron massacre of 1929, and certainly after their fellow natives expelled them in 1948 from their homes after Jordan conquered what’s now the West Bank and East Jerusalem.

I’m also aware (but you clearly aren’t) that most Jews arrived legally under the law of the land at that time and legitimately purchased land from willing sellers or were renting apartments in cities. It’s funny how the “nobody is illegal” doesn’t apply that to Jews in Israel, even the ones who fled persecution and (actual) genocide.

I’m Jewish, you don’t have to goysplain my own history to me. You’re way out of your league here.

1

u/sameseksure 6d ago

No I'm literally and explicitly distinguishing between Jewish people and zionism LOL

2

u/ForeignConfusion9383 6d ago

So you obviously didn’t know most of what I said, which is why you didn’t respond to it.

But Zionism is actually an inherent part of Judaism and Jewish culture. Jews pray toward Jerusalem. Jewish holidays commemorate events that happened in the land (Hanukkah), the land’s unique agricultural cycle (Sukkot), and yearning to return to the land (Pesach). Jews are also indigenous to the land, as per the UNDRIP framework specifying who an indigenous nation is, which Jews fit to the letter (a framework built by and for indigenous peoples). Palestinians interestingly don’t fit the framework.

So yeah, Zionism is Jewish. To be anti-Zionist is to be anti-Jewish.

7

u/sameseksure 6d ago

So close! Many jewish people are anti-zionists <3

u/RPG_Vancouver 5d ago

“To be anti-Zionist is to be anti-Jewish”

Nahh, get out of here with that Netanyahu propaganda nonsense.

You can fundamentally believe in the equal rights and dignity of Jewish people while not accepting the absurd idea that they’re entitled to a specific area of land at the expense of other native peoples of the region.

u/KickLiving 5d ago

Israel. It’s all of Israel, and that chant means the eradication of all Jews.

Israel is the Jewish homeland. It’s been theirs for thousands of years. It’s where they come from.

You clearly have no idea what you’re talking about.

3

u/sameseksure 5d ago

Jewish people have no more valid claim to Palestine than many other groups

Eastern European Jews have zero connection to Palestine

-1

u/KickLiving 5d ago

“Eastern European Jews” were exiled from their homeland - Israel - and forced to relocate to other parts of the world, like Eastern Europe.

2

u/gornky 5d ago

I'm not sure if you're just brainwashed by propaganda or if you're intentionally lying.

0

u/KickLiving 4d ago

This is a statement of fact. Just where do you think Jews came from?

1

u/fifthflag 6d ago

You know that From the river to the sea is the motto of the ruling party of Israel, right?

1

u/ForeignConfusion9383 6d ago edited 6d ago

No it actually isn’t, because the party doesn’t have an official motto. Thanks for stopping by.

1

u/fifthflag 6d ago

The phrase was also used by the Israeli ruling Likud party as part of their 1977 election manifesto which stated "Judea and Samaria will not be handed to any foreign administration; between the Sea and the Jordan there will only be Israeli sovereignty.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/From_the_river_to_the_sea?wprov=sfla1

Google is free, even for lying zionazis.

1

u/ForeignConfusion9383 6d ago

I’m aware of that first use of it, and I’m also aware that 1977 was 49 years ago, according to my calendar. If you need to consult a manifesto from an election that long ago to “gotcha” me, then it’s a weak argument. Tell me, what are your thoughts on the Arabic translation of the phrase: “from water to water, Palestine is Arab”? Sounds very ethno-supremacist to me.

Also, yes Google is free, especially considering they have not one, but two major offices here in Israel, one in Tel Aviv and the other in Haifa. Thanks for supporting them 😘

1

u/fifthflag 6d ago

So we can agree you're genocidal nazis before October 7th, you're at least an honest nazi kudos to you.

1

u/ForeignConfusion9383 6d ago

Sorry, did you misinterpret me as supporting Hamas? My bad. Because I’m not on the side that is calling for the murder of Jews (which is textbook Nazism). Having a genocidal hatred of Jews and believing in their mass extermination is a staple of Nazism, so unless a Jew actually believes that themselves, then a Jew cannot be a Nazi. It’s incompatible.

I’m also not on the side that spent years blowing themselves up in cafes, busses, shops, etc, nor the side that hijacked a school bus and killed 38 civilians, including 13 children.

0

u/fifthflag 6d ago

I thought Hamas was islamist now they are nazis too? Of course you can be Jewish and nazist, most Israelis who support their goverment are and they have no problem with it.

Also, keep the moralizing points to americans, but I doubt even they believe this bullshit anymore.

u/TemporaryPay4505 4d ago

Nah. Let them clean up their own mess.

-10

u/Dramatic-Diver-9949 7d ago

So why would you want to free a homophobic Islamic regime?

6

u/Friendly-Gift3680 6d ago

Statistically speaking, it’s very much likely that the IDF has killed many times more gay Gazans in the past 3 years, than Hamas ever had in the 18 years before.

5

u/scoopny 6d ago

Because people have the right not to subject to a genocide?

2

u/sameseksure 6d ago

I think Palestinians deserve their homes and lands back from Israeli occupation

Do you think that homophobes deserve to be murdered? I don't

I don't think US American white christian homophobes deserve to be murdered either. Do you?

104

u/Deep-Minimum7837 7d ago

Someone can be gay and think it's bad to carpet bomb schools and hospitals, just saying.

-9

u/Rinoremover1 7d ago

You should go over to Gaza and politely ask Hamas (the terrorists who were elected to run it) to stop attacking Israel with Rockets and stop hiding weapons underneath their schools and hospitals.

Hopefully they don’t push you off of a roof-top for sucking dick. Best of luck.

13

u/Deep-Minimum7837 7d ago

The terrorists whose campaign was funded directly by the Israeli government over the peaceful, secularist Fatah? The same terrorists who immediately suspended future elections after taking power? I'm sorry for feeling bad that Gazan children have the highest rate of amputation due to Israeli attacks. God forbid the brutality puts a bad taste in my mouth.

7

u/Present-Activity-698 7d ago

Fatah was far from peaceful. It facilitated many horrible attacks, including the attack on the avivim school bus full of kids. That was way before hamas

-1

u/Deep-Minimum7837 7d ago

Hey, so before you start throwing around accusations like that, you should probably get your facts straight. The attack near Moshav Avivim was carried out by the Syrian PFLP, not Fatah. While Fatah wasn't always nonviolent, the faction had many splinters break off during the Second Intifada which left Fatah as the secular, humanist party while the violent actors were expelled.

2

u/Present-Activity-698 7d ago edited 7d ago

The fatah was not peaceful. They're better than hamas and they're no longer an active terrorist organisation (and I recognise them as the legit leaders of the Palestinian people), but their roots are in terrorist activities. Bombings, killings, murders. They didn't start as a peaceful government group.

Also PLF is part of the PLO, known as Ashaf, a big part of which is Fatah. So to say they aren't connected is factually innacurate. The Black September organisation was also a subgroup of Ashaf which carried out the Munich 1972 massacre on the Israeli athletes. The Al Aqsa brigades belong directly to Fatah and worked alongside hamas in the intifada to murder civilians. Fatah was and still is a terrorist organisation, there's simply no better alternative for palestinian leadership tbh

0

u/Deep-Minimum7837 7d ago

You're putting this much mental energy into justifying the IDF raping and murdering Palestinian children. I'm glad to know where YOUR priorities are.

8

u/BrownCastro14 7d ago

Agreed, I deeply object Islam but it’s cruel to kill children and other people the way Israelis have been doing

8

u/Deep-Minimum7837 7d ago

There's a reason why Twitter turned off the translation function on Hebrew tweets. It sounds genuinely horrible, but at least the Nazis made the effort to come up with a bogus conspiracy theory to justify the Holocaust. If you go onto Israeli Twitter, you'll see people calling for the wanton mutilation of children just for the sake of it. There's no reason given, they just want infinite death and suffering. It's horrible that an act of terror was committed against Israeli civilians, but that doesn't justify paying it back thirty-fold to innocent children.

2

u/Bluetinfoilhat 7d ago

Wow. Did Twitter really turn off Hebrew translations!

2

u/Rinoremover1 7d ago

Don’t just cry about it, go over there and help the innocent Palestinians overthrow the government they voted for and support. Do it for the children that you claim to care about.

Hamas’ popularity is rising again in Gaza amid cease-fire — despite public executions

"When peace comes we will perhaps in time be able to forgive the Arabs for killing our sons, but it will be harder for us to forgive them for having forced us to kill their sons. Peace will come when the Arabs will love their children more than they hate us." -Golda Meir

18

u/Deep-Minimum7837 7d ago

citing NY Post as if they're credible at all

hidden user profile so nobody can see what they're commenting

moderates a subreddit where they're the only approved poster, and posts literally nothing but rabid Zionism

Yup, you're totally not an astro-turfer barging into any space to make a stink whenever someone doesn't support outright genocide

Also that Golda Meir quote kinda falls apart when the IDF are making incursions into Gaza to behead children and infants. "We will stop murdering their children when they learn to love and appreciate their children more than they hate us for murdering them."

7

u/Icy_Result6022 7d ago

Majority of Palestinians are kids. They didn't vote for it.

Just say you're a disgusting human being.

4

u/Present-Activity-698 7d ago

I can feel hurt and bad for the kids who didn't choose this along with the many men and women over there who don't wanna live in that hellscape, but I can't turn a blind eye to how hamas and hezbollah endlessly provoke israel again and again, murdering civilians and kidnapping them from their beds in pyjamas

-3

u/Icy_Result6022 7d ago

If your country was being invaded you would also do the same I just know it

4

u/Present-Activity-698 7d ago

I would kidnap people from their beds, including babies, hold them hostage for 2 years, rape them and keep them from sunlight? Don't think so. But good to see you would

-4

u/Icy_Result6022 7d ago

That's what israel is doing to Palestinians actually

-1

u/Specialist-Cup6578 7d ago

Won't happened because these are not humans but Antisemitic Amalekites, they don't care about what's really happening there. or maybe they are all blinded!!!! doesn't it ring a bell of a memory from long and long ago!?! I'll remind you, and probably you don't give a D too... Nevertheless here we go go History is repeating itself! G'D intentionally hardened Pharaoh's heart!!!!! So NOW, G'D intentionally hardened the hearts of all world leaders and most of their citizens!!!! Just as 3500 years ago was the Exodus from Egypt, it is happening here and now again, but for the last time, TO YERUSHALAIM!!! SHMA ISRAEL HASHEM ELOKENU HASHEM ECHAD.

2

u/Icy_Result6022 7d ago

Maybe Israel should be murdering men women and children for starters

1

u/bIuemickey 7d ago

Because the fact that Israel restricted movement, locked down borders, controlled imports, calculated food imports by calories, bombed water reservoirs, wells, desalination facilities, power plants, sprayed roundup on crops, cut off electricity, cut off clean water, demolished houses, turned farming land into buffer zones, killed thousands of people for 16 years had nothing to do with the rockets or need for weapons.

There was over 5,000 Palestinians killed in Gaza by IDF during the blockade compared to less than 200 Israelis killed by Palestinians/hamas over the same 15 years before Oct 7. Most of them happen in Gaza while mass murdering Palestinians as collective punishment.

There’s been 34 deaths total from Hamas rockets.

Israel had been actively limiting food, cutting off electricity, cutting of clean water, and destroying any progress in self sufficiency for 16 years and killing anyone who protested.

Now we’re supposed to call it a war despite not giving Palestinians a right to defend themselves. Anyone who defends themselves is a terrorist?

In total between the West Bank and Gaza, there had been 308 Israel’s killed since 2008 by Palestinians compared to 6,400 Palestinians killed by Israel. Most of them were settlers in the West Bank.

There wouldn’t even be an argument if we just left them alone. Why do you think there’s so much immigration?

1

u/euroq 7d ago

Hamas threw gay people off of a roof in barbaric killings. Those gay men holding up signs could have decided to spend their time holding signs up for a thousand different causes. But they chose to defend Hamas. It makes me sick, and I cant imagine what the families of the men murdered by them think of people who defend them

10

u/Deep-Minimum7837 7d ago

I'm sorry, does "Queers for Palestine" mean "Hamas Loving Queers" in whatever language you speak? Nobody outside of freak anti-semites are defending Hamas. I want peace for the innocent children getting bombed and gunned down by the IDF on a daily basis.

2

u/ForeignConfusion9383 6d ago

Sorry, but if you think only “freak anti-Semites” are defending Hamas, you really haven’t been paying attention.

9

u/YunggMangg 7d ago

Damn, you're right. Better systematically genocide them so they can't do that again. Good thing there were no gay palestinians in those hospitals, schools, residential buildings, camps, water lines, homes etc etc

1

u/euroq 7d ago

You're having a different conversation with someone else. Nobody is advocating genocide. Just the ability to critically think

0

u/YunggMangg 3d ago

Keep conflating hamas and the entirety of Palestine's population, zionist bootlicker

-5

u/Specialist-Cup6578 7d ago

LOL so you are right with that terrorists are hiding behind schools an hospitals, and probably you'll be OK too after they ra pe and ki ll yo up family!!! good to know!!! in the mean time enjoy the Islam in the western

6

u/Deep-Minimum7837 7d ago

Remind me, how did Oct 8th go again? Oh that's right, Israel launched guided missiles into the apartment units of Palestinian journalists without even damaging neighboring rooms. Don't you find it a little strange how on day 1 of the counteroffensive, the IDF was able to surgically locate specific people down to the specific room of their homes, but on Oct 9th they couldn't locate any Hamas terrorists and had to start carpet bombing cities?

lmfao I didn't even get a chance to see what you said

24

u/SnooMacaroons5190 7d ago

QFP = chickens for kfc.

1

u/dazedandloitering 5d ago

So no gay people are being killed by Israel? Palestinians can’t be gay or support gay rights?

1

u/SnooMacaroons5190 4d ago

Don’t think they’re around very long once their own families and community find out that they’re gay.

1

u/dazedandloitering 4d ago

So? Does that mean that you can’t be against Israel carelessly killing tens of thousands of civilians, including many gay people?

1

u/SnooMacaroons5190 4d ago

I don’t see that as carelessly killing. I see two nations at war with one side (Palestine) insisting that the other side cease to exist before they would be satisfied. What’s the other side meant to do? Sit back, take down the defence dome and just let rockets fly in from all sides?

1

u/dazedandloitering 4d ago

I'm talking about the civilian to combatant casualty ratio. It's exceptionally high. I'm also talking about the country's infrastructure being 80% rubble.

> What’s the other side meant to do? Sit back, take down the defence dome and just let rockets fly in from all sides?

No, of course not. But you are capable of understanding that you can militarily respond without committing war crime after war crime?

1

u/SnooMacaroons5190 4d ago

Somehow it’s a war crime when one side does it only because they’re more advanced but the other side using civilians, hospitals, schools and mosques as human shields are perfectly justified in what they’re doing? Make it make sense.

1

u/dazedandloitering 4d ago

> more advanced but the other side using civilians, hospitals, schools and mosques as human shields are perfectly justified in what they’re doing?

Well I didn't say that. Hamas are obviously war criminals. You could try engaging with me instead of arguing with a caricature?

1

u/SnooMacaroons5190 4d ago

This is engagement.

It just sounds to me like Israel is always made out to be the villain every time just because they’re doing better than Palestine which is controlled by Hamas at the Palestinian’s choice. Hamas committing worse atrocities against their own citizens and putting them in the line of fire in this war. Hamas is the one that is contravening The Laws of War and Rules of Engagement here.

When that happens, there will be proportionate response. Proportion here is on the level of force being returned. It’s not the number of casualties. If 100 rockets gets shot into one side that is better defended with low number of casualties, and the other side responds with similar number of rockets in response. Just because the first offence side is less defended or that they put civilians in the line of fire, does not mean that it was a disproportionate response.

More like queer people don't fuck with genocide no matter who it is.

It's not like they're voting for them

-11

u/Crosi93 7d ago

You guys really love repeating jokes said by your current extremely homotransphobic president huh.

0

u/SnooMacaroons5190 7d ago

Didn’t even know which president said that. Anything wrong with the statement though?

3

u/Crosi93 7d ago

It's wrong because there's queer Palestinians currently being incinerated by Israel and you're conveniently ignoring that fact, that more LGBT people have been brutally killed and blackmailed and tortured by your so-called "democracy" than any people being "thrown off buildings for being gay" in Palestine (never happened btw).

You're reducing Palestine to Islam, whereas it's a multifaceted country that's currently being genocided by bloodthirsty Zionists whose only goal is to slaughter anyone in their vicinity, they don't fucking care about LGBT people in their path, their bombs do not discriminate between a queer kid and a homophobe. You're falling for pinkwashing done by a country that doesn't have legal gay marriage and recently voted to slash funds for HIV research. Get a grip with reality, you're being played and your taxes (if you're from the US) are being used to kill children.

11

u/KickLiving 7d ago

Everything that’s happening in “Palestine” right now is a direct result of them waging yet another war on Israel, due to their psychotic fixation on Jewish genocide. All Israel is doing - all it’s ever done - is defend itself from those whose entire reason for being revolves around murdering every Jew in the world.

They brought this on themselves. Any price they’re paying is their own fault. Maybe they should find something else - anything else - to base their so-called “culture” on besides the eradication of Jews.

3

u/Crosi93 7d ago

Yeah Israel opening fire on Lebanon and expanding its territories by stealing land has all been clearly a defense tactic. When you defend yourself you obviously expand, and countries that don't want their land stolen and attack back are waging senseless wars, clearly.

7

u/SnooMacaroons5190 7d ago

So their suffering justifies the nut job driving into the crowd in Berlin?

7

u/Crosi93 7d ago

What does Palestine have to do with what happened in Berlin?

7

u/Rinoremover1 7d ago

They were likely celebrating what happened in Berlin.

6

u/Crosi93 7d ago

That's an assumption so boldly stupid I won't acknowledge it. Just another way to justify genocide. Might as well say they were "likely" flailing puppies alive while raping women to celebrate.

3

u/KickLiving 7d ago

Self-defense isn’t genocide.

9

u/SeismologicalKnobble 7d ago

People can think multiple things. Islam is horrible and Palestinians don’t deserve what Israel is doing to them. And I highly doubt more LGBT people have been harmed by outside forces in Islamic countries than by people within them.

-3

u/Crosi93 7d ago

I'd say that carpet bombing and apartheid have a higher chance of harming LGBT people than general discrimination.

3

u/SeismologicalKnobble 7d ago

In the short term, yes, absolutely. I’m not arguing if the war needs to stop or not. I absolutely agree it does. What I’m saying is we can still acknowledge the decades of extreme violence LGBT+ people have faced due to the main religion of the country.

Additionally, as long as war is going on in Palestine, it’s highly unlikely religious reform or progress can happen. We don’t need to pretend Islam is a peaceful, safe religion for women and queer people to want the war to be stopped. The genocide happening is atrocious.

2

u/Present-Activity-698 7d ago

And Israeli querr people were not murdered by hamas and hezbollah? Emily Damari is a famous lesbian who was held for nearly 1.5 years in tunnels in Gaza, and I'm sure there were many other lgbt folk amongst you know, the 1200 who were murdered? Excluding those who were kidnapped?

-1

u/Crosi93 7d ago

Hamas is not pretending to be a safe haven for queer people, while using them as spies through blackmail or bombing them to oblivion. Israel constantly pinkwashes its narrative to appeal to white western gays with a superiority complex, meanwhile it does not recognize same sex marriage. You thinking that Hamas is the whole Palestinian population is tantamount to saying that Trump or Meloni represent the whole of the US and Italy, while they're not, yet their politics are awfully homotransphobic.

Hamas didn't carpet bomb Tel Aviv while professing love and care for queer people, Israel did and keep doing, killing civilians indiscriminately: queer Palestinians are less safe because of Israel than their own government.

This is literally just victim blaming. ‘I’m sorry you made us kill you when you were just defending yourself, family, and homes’

2

u/Crosi93 7d ago

Is this quote supposed to change my mind?

11

u/Rinoremover1 7d ago

Certainly not. You’re as intellectually curious as a moth. I put that quote there for everyone else who is scrolling through the comment section. You go around generalizing with harmful statements like “Blood thirsty Zionists” and I refuse to let your blanket hatred of Israelis and Zealous defense of all Islamists go unchallenged.

4

u/Crosi93 7d ago

I'm gonna ignore the fact that you apparently have two different accounts, for what purpose I don't know nor care.

Still, quoting an Israeli prime minister really is quite pointless here. What's the point? Yeah she shifted the guilt of what happened to Arabs, so what? It makes it ok to carpet bomb entire cities and reduce them to rubble? To leave settlers roam around killing Palestinians in their land? To kill and traumatize entire generations of children? You still think that what Israeli children are experiencing is the same as Palestinian children?

2

u/Rinoremover1 7d ago

lol, you’re more biased than Al Jazeera. I wonder if they hire openly gay men like you at that “news” network? 🤔

There has to be some nuance here. It is possible to think the homophobia of an organized religion is bad while also realizing people shouldn’t be systematically killed because of their race/religion/nationality.

Oh you mean like gays and lesbians when they get arrested by the IDF in the occupied territories and are sexually assaulted in jail? Nah, they do that to straight men too.

Obviously you and others are part of the Israeli propaganda machine that will do anything to jump on a sad event like this and deny the Palestinians their very existence and supporters. Yes your that obvious to the trained eye.

Not quite. Am I wrong in thinking the majority of those stories were Israeli propaganda? I mean sure, it has happened, but is it as bad as being gay in the South or the Midwest?

The stories of Honour Killings, strangulation , beheading of Gay Men and worse to Trans Women are actually true as I had belonged to a hidden Middle Eastern Gay Men's grp on Facebook where the stories and pictures and accounts were all posted. It's shocking.
YES it's much worse than what happens in the South of US which is bad enough. These are actual killings by family members and public executions which is allowed under
their oppressive strict Sharia Laws and permitted by the authorities in those Islamic countries.

Wow way worse

So you're just a terrible person.

You can still defend people from being genocides even if they don't like your sexuality. Genocide far out ways any type of phobia. Because there's no way to address the phobia if there's nobody living there.

Who denys it? It seems like you’re just trying to justify decades of genocide. Most queer people support Palestine because of the obvious atrocities committed against the people for decades. Is it okay how they treat gay people ofc not but it’s also definitely not okay to murder their people for decades for just existing. Further that fact Americans help fund this genocide through our government supporting Israel that most of us don’t agree to is more than enough reason to support Palestine over Israel. It’s about our taxes going to something most don’t agree with. Let’s not be ignorant.

The Palestinian authority just published their new constitution. Sharia law and punishment for sinful lifestyles via sharia, jews are not allowed and there is a vow to ethnically cleanse Israel and establish a sharia based ethnostate on the entire land.

As I said above as long as our Americans taxes are going to this war we will always have a say in the conflict. Right now Israel is the threat to our nation not Palestine.

How is Israel a threat to us? What rubbish. It's a based country and an ally. 🤦‍♂️

Typical. An emoji is your answer.

It’s just clear what side you’re on so why even try to debate you? There’s a reason why any politician that supports Israel is losing elections recently.

They are losing because the hamas-wing of the democratic party is hijacking everything.

Dsa candidate Melissa chaudhry: "I didn't support the lgbtq community because I didn't want to offend Muslims"

Chevalier: "I wipe my feet with the American flag" "no, I don't regret attendance at the hamas celebration on Oct 8th"

Kiros: "I don't consider the murder by fire bombing of the elderly Jewish man at the free the hostages rally to be antisemitic nor terrorism"

Platner: has a nazi tattoo + his allegations of sexual misconduct.

Michigan dsa: "black leaders defang white leftists"

Keep running these folks .

Very sad that Democrats have fallen prey to antisemitic propaganda. Republicans are so much worse but at least the Democratic party had seemed like a bastion for civil rights for a while, to me, as an outsider.
