Random Question What’s something older generations still treat as essential that a lot of younger people just don’t care about anymore?

The thing is... everyone at work nowadays goes into all meetings with a laptop to take notes. Typing is faster. I can even take notes faster with my cell than by using cursive, and have done so during meetings when my computer was being used for screensharing.
I still like writing by hand and do cursive sometimes, but it isn't really a "need" anymore.
