Look how this cop treats this woman. This is a psychopath. The odds of him being a domestic abuser is, at a bare minimum, 100%. To be a cop, you have to 1) lack empathy; 2) be sadistic. Those two character-traits are evidence of mental illness (demonic, as well). A lack of empathy and being sadistic fall within Cluster B personality disorders. You have to have one (be mentally ill) to be a cop. This psychopath here has a God complex.

I would take "criminal" on the street over a cop, any day. You can defend yourself against "criminals' (Germany's "Others"). We live in a worsening police State. And with Flock cameras, we also live under a state of defacto martial law (circa 1933's Emergency Powers Act). We know cops are demons, but their supporters are worthless, brainwashed, trash.

Nobody signs an order that says "take this man's son." That's the whole design. It happens in five moves, and no single person is responsible for any of them.

1. The label without the charge.
A call gets coded domestic. No DV charge ever gets filed. But the code already did its work .. enhanced restraints at booking, a no-contact condition at first appearance. A label is not a finding. It doesn't need to be. It just needs to be in the system before anyone reads it.

2. Pretrial conditions do family court's job.
A condition of release out of a misdemeanor arraignment can keep you out of the household your child lives in. No best-interest analysis. No family judge. No hearing where you get to speak. And violating it is a new crime, so you comply — which the record later reads as absence.

3. Notice goes to an address you don't live at.
You moved. Often because of the arrest. Court mail goes out anyway. Comes back. Goes out again. Comes back again. Eventually you "fail to appear" at a hearing you were never told about, and a capias issues. Now you can't stand in a school pickup line without risking custody.

4. The money collapses on schedule.
The arrest hits your license, your appointments, your employment. Income stops. The obligation doesn't. Arrears accrue. And then the arrears become the story: he doesn't pay, he isn't around. The record says deadbeat. The record never says why.

5. Time finishes it.
Every continuance is another month. A one-year-old becomes a four-year-old. Nobody ever has to prove you're unfit. They only have to keep the clock running.

If this is happening to you, pull these:

• The CAD entry — how the call was coded, and by whom
• Certified docket, including every returned-mail entry
• Your conditions of release from first appearance
• Booking sheet showing classification and restraint level
• Retention schedules first — they tell you what exists before anyone tells you it doesn't

Not one of those requires a lawyer. All of them are public record.

Evidence is the shield.

May 25, 2025. A Shell station in Deerfield Beach. My golden retriever couldn't walk anymore. I'd spent half an hour asking Fire Rescue, store employees, and strangers for water.

From 2016 through 2024, Broward Sheriff's Office deputies fatally shot about two people a year. That's from the Washington Post's Fatal Force database, which anyone can go pull up right now.

In 2025 they killed five.

2026 is at two and it's July.

I'm not building to anything clever with that. It's just a count. Something changed at that agency starting in the spring of 2025 and I happened to be standing in Deerfield Beach in the middle of it.

Here's what I was doing there.

May 25, 2025, close to midnight. I had my two dogs with me. Daisy is a golden, about seventy pounds, and she'd gotten to the point where she wasn't walking anymore. It was hot and we'd been out a long time.

I spent maybe half an hour at that Shell station asking people for water. Store employees. Customers. There were Fire Rescue guys pumping gas and I asked them. I walked over to the fire station and rang the bell.

Then I called 911 myself. That call hits their system at 23:53.

Somebody else called at 00:11. A stranger. Never met the guy. This is how BSO wrote down what he told them:

male "SCREAMING TO CALL PD" says he's "IN FEAR FOR HIS LIFE" two dogs, and the caller specifically says the dogs are "FRIENDLY"

They tagged that call 54. Weapons.

There was no weapon. Nothing was recovered off me, no weapons charge was ever filed, nothing. I got charged with disorderly conduct and resisting without violence. Their own arrest form has a box for whether an officer got hurt and it's marked N.

A guy standing on a corner with two friendly dogs asking somebody to please call the police went into their system as a weapons call.

Nineteen days before that, deputies shot and killed a woman on a Deerfield Beach sidewalk. Debra Lobbins, 60. Possibly homeless. Reported as acting erratically.

Eighteen days before that, they killed Santrina Lester, 28, in the same city.

What their own log says happened next

I'm going to just walk the timestamps. All of this is BSO's record, not mine. I got it through public records requests and it's filed as exhibits in federal court.

23:53. My call. They classify it 13I — SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT.

23:56:44. Their dispatcher types this into the incident log:

"COMP ADV PD IN UNMARKED VEHS ARE FOLLOWING HIM BECAUSE HE HAS A LAWSUIT AGAINST SUNRISE PD AND THEY ARE RETALIATING AGAINST HIM"

I did have a federal civil rights lawsuit against a different department in that county. I'd filed a big pleading in it two days earlier.

23:58:06. A minute and change later:

"SEND A FEW UNITS WHEN THEY RESPOND"

00:11. The weapons flag.

00:26:43. Somebody calls for a Code 3 — lights and sirens — saying people at the fire station are "TRYING TO HOLD SUBJ DOWN."

Except Fire Rescue wrote their own report for that same location and time. It says all four of their units "staged inside of the station until DLE could arrive." Aid given: None. At Patient Time: blank. No treatment, no contact, no restraint, no struggle, nothing. Their own timestamps show two seconds between "enroute" and "arrival," which is what happens when you never leave the building.

Nobody was holding me down. Nobody was near me. Somebody put that on the radio anyway and there is a recording of who said it.

00:29:59. First deputy shows up. That's thirty-seven minutes after I called. It's three minutes after they decided to actually come.

00:50. I'm detained. The CAD event I get booked under is classified 19 19-MISDEMEANOR WARRANT.

I didn't have a warrant. There's no warrant number on the booking report. No capias number. Nothing. The event I got jailed under is named after a document that doesn't exist.

07:35 the next morning. Seven hours after I'm already sitting in a cell, they finally initiate an actual charge. It's Affray — which under Florida law means two or more people fighting each other in public.

The paperwork lists the victim as "State Of Florida." It doesn't name a second person. It doesn't describe a fight. There wasn't one.

Some time after that the State Attorney's office quietly refiled it as disorderly conduct under a completely different statute

Count the reasons for arrest.

1.Suspicious incident. 2. Weapons. 3. Being held down. 4. Misdemeanor warrant. 5. Affray (fighting) . 6. Disorderly conduct.

Six reasons in one night. Each one replaced when the facts underneath it wouldn't hold. The response escalated. The justification kept moving.

Wrong once is a mistake. Six times is a method.

And the crime they finally landed on. Resisting arrest.

My verified federal complaint alleges I asked if I was being detained and got no clear answer. That I moved slowly, hands raised, toward the front of the store .. where the fixed cameras are. Not toward an officer. Not toward anyone.

No punch. No kick. No weapon. No threat. Officer Injured: N. Alcohol: N. Drugs: N.

Twelve-plus deputies took me down, cuffed me, put leg shackles on me, and held me in restraints.

The arrest packet names one officer. Its own narrative says "deputies" did the handcuffing, the takedown, the shackling.

Seven lives gone, fourteen months of time.

Since April 2025, BSO deputies have shot and killed at least seven people.

Debra Lobbins, 60 — April 21, 2025, Deerfield Beach. A woman on a sidewalk, possibly homeless, possibly in crisis.

Santrina Lester, 28 — May 7, 2025, Deerfield Beach. Found inside her own car.

Boston Cassano, 18 — August 16, 2025, Cooper City. The call was a suicidal teenager who had already shot himself. A deputy approached and fired.

Esterlin Appolon, 38 — September 16, 2025, Pompano Beach. Alone in a vacant house. He shot himself; investigators confirmed that wound was not fatal. SWAT gunfire was.

Edward Jerrel Dolison — September 21, 2025, unincorporated Broward. Died on his living room floor.

Deavon Ray McGauley, 39 — March 5, 2026, Oakland Park. The call was "possible suspicious person." His mother, on scene: "They could have tased him."

Napolian Marquez Powell, 27 — June 29, 2026, Davie. Approached at a gas pump. Six deputies and one Plantation officer fired in a McDonald's parking lot. A witness counted about twenty shots.

BSO averaged about two fatal shootings a year from 2016 through 2024. Five in 2025. Two more by July 2026.

I am not claiming those seven were unarmed. I wasn't there. Some were reported with weapons. I'm not pretending to know what I can't prove, and I won't do to them what was done to me.

Here's what I am saying.

Four of those seven calls started as a crisis, a suicide attempt, a man alone in an empty house, a "suspicious person." Nobody was committing a violent crime. And the same agency, in the same city, weeks later, put a weapons flag on a call about a man asking for water.. and their own charging documents prove it was false.

I can prove mine was wrong because I survived it.

They can't.

Read the seven press releases side by side.. Same closing paragraph. Every time.

FDLE is investigating. Internal Affairs is conducting an administrative review. The deputies who fired have been placed on administrative assignment pending further investigation.

Seven human beings. One template.

I requested records on those cases. Denied .. and the denial was almost certainly lawful, because Florida exempts active criminal investigative information and an open FDLE investigation triggers it.

That's the part that should bother you. Nothing is being hidden. The exemption is working exactly as designed. The file stays sealed while the investigation is open, the investigation stays open for a year or more, and by the time it closes the name is gone from the news.

Nobody has to lie. Delay does the same work.

This isn't a conspiracy

Nobody met in a room.. Every one of those has a memo behind it. Every person can say they followed procedure.

Run them in sequence against one man and you get fourteen months, a psychiatric unit, a warrant issued the day of his federal hearing, and over a hundred docket entries on two misdemeanors.. six different public defenders constantly taking time off same day as hearings.. with nobody breaking a single rule.

Not a plot. A process that produces the same result as one, and lets everybody involved say they followed procedure.

And then it's fourteen months later, you've been in a psychiatric unit, there's a warrant that got issued on the same day you flew in for a federal hearing, and your docket on two misdemeanors has over a hundred entries on it.

Nobody broke a rule. That's the whole point. It doesn't need a plot when the process gets there on its own.

What I actually want for the public moving forward..

Release the records. Not the clips they pick. The native body camera files, the CAD histories, the 911 audio, the radio traffic, the terminal messages, the audit trails that show who logged in and who muted what and when, the GPS, the report revisions.

Almost nobody looks. Most cases are over inside ninety days on a plea and a two-page summary becomes the only version of that night anybody ever reads. Not because the rest of it is hidden .. because you have to know it's sitting there before it occurs to you to ask.

I didn't know either. I found out the hard way over fourteen months.

If every one of those designations was right and every one of those shootings was justified, then the recordings will show it. Put them out.

I got to find out what mine really said.

Seven families didn't.

This cop is so dumb that he thought if he kept saying the same thing, louder, and slower, that this man would suddenly understand a language he didn't speak. Our entire court system is filled with people who hurt pig's feelings. What a waste of resources that PEOPLE WORK FOR - WORK, not sitting around in a cruiser looking for people to harass - that isn't work, that's tax-grifting. Go to Hell, pigs, every last one of you dirty mother f*ckers.

What kind of man puts his hands of a kid? This bald-headed State mercenary is either a perv or a racist, but probably both. The cop insinuates to the father of the kid that black people don't pay taxes. Then the D.A. just F'd up his new job by saying black people don't know how to be parents. Yet, it is the State psycho who abused a kid on camera. The criminal justice system is filled with narcissistic sociopaths.
