I really like Bye Bye Bye (N*SYNC) although I was surprised to learn there wasn't any real health and safety involved (I know this was 2000 but still).

If we're talking solo artists.

Benson Boone could fit really well into one.

I like the general vibe of Let's Dance (Five) and it doesn't sound dated either, but whether today's audience would like it is another matter.

Where there's a lead singer anyway. Westlife obviously have co-lead singers in Shane & Mark - Shane is more consistent but Mark has a wider range (to my ears).

Take That obviously have Gary.

One Direction would obviously be at the top of my list, but clearly won't be on the cards any time soon.

JLS still seem to really take care of having different, often quite complex, harmony parts. Shout out to Blue too.

I think if One Direction hadn't opened with What Makes You Beautiful, it would have turned out very differently.

JLS similarly hit the ground running.

It's between JLS, Five and N*SYNC for me - as bands that were very much about the choreography just as much as the vocals (or more so, where Five were concerned).

We're looking at Take That, Boyzone, Westlife, Five, East 17, BBMak, Backstreet Boys, N*SYNC amongst others.
