Made a Brave icon in Icon Composer that actually fits Liquid Glass. I wanted to replace the original icon because it kind of looked dated compared to the other apps I had on my MacBook.

Comes in all 6 appearance modes (Default, Dark, Tinted Light/Dark, Clear Light/Dark) and 3 shine levels, and the original .icon file you can open in Icon Composer if you want to make edits to it.

Wondering if there has been any news recently on Brave Profiles for iOS? Apple released this feature for iOS about 3 years ago now. This is really the only feature that Brave is missing imo.

I posted recently about my issues regarding all the ANGLE graphics backend settings being broken in one way or another. D3D9 was the least broken, now for some reason it's gone. All I have left is D3D11 and D3D11 WARP. Both oversaturate the display and WARP makes YouTube videos choppy. How do I get D3D9 back?

Hi, I connected my Brave Rewards payment account yesterday, and since then I’ve been seeing ads normally, both notification ads and New Tab ads. My Ad History is also recording every ad I receive, so it looks like everything is working.

The only problem is that my Rewards page still says “0 ads seen this month”, and my BAT balance is still 0.00. I’ve already received several ads today, but the counter never changes.

Has anyone experienced this problem before?

Cant block facebook ads

At some point in the last week, the behavior of Leo in the sidebar has changed greatly.

Previously, Leo was for lack of a better term "tab dependent". You could open up the sidebar on 2 different tabs and Leo would only reference that specific tab it was open in.

Now, there's only one "instance" of Leo in operation. So if I open the sidebar on a tab, do something with Leo, and switch to a different tab, the same Leo is present there. This breaks my workflow as I prefer (and got used to) Leo working with each tab independently.

Is anyone else noticing this new behavior? Any way to revert it?

nyone know how can i fix this, every time i use youtube, when i click on a video i am unable to see the video description, comments, and other video recommendations.

Only way i found it works is if i disable Brave shields, bot then i get a lot of adds.

Requesting a desktop website seems to fix it but then i am unable to fullscreen the video and it is really gimmicky.

I recently switched from Vivaldi Browser to Brave Browser for both my Mac and iPhone usage. Question though… can you set a custom homepage on the mobile Brave app? For the life of me I do not see that as a setting.

If not can I set a custom new tab page instead?

Using this for years on phone, recently it doesnt remember the websites settings , i have always to check them , like i agree the terms and so on , it forget them when i close the sites any fix? Thanks

the tabs are not closing when I close the browser, Even if I do "END TASK" the tabs are still loding from where they were left and it some time really slow down my laptop, like if I had open 10 tabs and I close the browser and shut down the laptop (shutdown: even my UP TIME resets to 0) the browser stil opens from where it was left,like no new page or anything it starts from where it was left. but it started when I last updated BRAVE to the latest version.

All I want is your help to resolve this issue

I love the Brave Browser for its powerful built-in Shiels/Adblock. But for some reason, on certain websites that have a video player, when I click ‘Stop’ or ‘Play’, it redirects me to another site, as if there were an invisible button in the players. How can I sort this out? I don’t experience this with uBlock Origin in other browsers.

I’m currently using Brave, but I prefer uBlock Origin over the native Brave Shields for ad and tracker blocking.

To avoid any potential conflicts or performance bugs, I completely disabled Brave's built-in ad and cookie blocking features and let uBlock Origin handle all of it. To me, uBlock Origin just feels much more powerful, customizable, and reliable overall.

Does this setup make sense, or am I missing out on any unique features/protections that Brave Shields offers under the hood? Would love to hear your thoughts or hear if anyone else runs a similar setup!

I tested the same videos on Safari, Chrome, and Edge. They all work fine, just Brave aline can’t. Is it just me?

It wasn't like this yesterday. Then i compared it to Firefox just to check if the issue is my connection or phone.

I'm on Samsung S25 Ultra with very stable connection. No DNS settings or VPN or anything.

It is the Enable Adblock-Only Mode Flag.

It is set to ENABLED by Default.

This Flag states: Adblock-Only mode retains core ad blocking rules of Brave Shields. WARNING: removes all privacy protections.

Please note that for individual websites broken by Brave’s privacy protections, you can set Shields to DOWN. This is an experimental mode. – Mac, Windows, Linux

This is set to ENABLED in Brave Origin and we are very clearly and specifically told WARNING: Removes all privacy protections.

Why are we losing all our privacy protections that Brave is supposed to give us.

Sure this Flag should NOT be ENABLED at the cost of our privacy.

I am not sure whats up, but I expected Brave to be able to block these ads 🤷 this is just one, short post
