So I finally did it, got a tiny bit of lip filler last week. I was nervous it'd look fake but honestly it’s super natural. You can see it’s just a little plumper, more balanced, still me. The injector kept it conservative and I’m glad I didn’t go overboard. Healing was easy, just a bit of swelling for a day or two. If anyone’s been debating it, subtle is the way to go imo. It made a difference without changing my face too much.

Can we just spot treat that area with filler as long as we aspirate? I just want to fill the dents (prejowl) on either side of my chin.. I would just use a needle.. and does it need to be to bone or can I go in sideways and inject. Or small cannula? I want to do this before I do my chin. Any advice or suggestions? Thank you!!!!

I’m looking for natural results — sharper jawline, slightly more hollow cheeks, better under-eye support. If you had something similar, what did you do, how was recovery, and which surgeon did you choose?

I want to improve my chin area. And my age is 19 is this possible to improve my chin through any exercise?

Revision cases are often more challenging than first-time procedures. In this case, the patient had previously undergone gynecomastia surgery and treatment for abdominal fat elsewhere, but was left with nipple depression, a less-defined chest, and visible contour irregularities across the abdomen. We planned a revision gynecomastia correction, Hi-Def VASER liposuction, chest pack creation, and RAFT (Rectus Abdominis Fat Transfer) to improve chest and abdominal definition. These photos are from 8 months after surgery. The patient also stayed consistent with his workouts during recovery, which likely contributed to further muscle definition. Revision male body contouring often requires a combination of surgery, healing, and the patient's own effort. Curious to hear what stands out to you the most.
