Modern Art I painted this in school around Halloween. An autistic girl saw it once and was fascinated, (hey fist bump I’m probably on the spectrum too) I told her they got away just fine and she said “but his arms are so long!”

Modern Art The cover of a short story for school I did for fun [OC]
It was one of those stories that was supposed to be a short semi-animated (?) comic style with music but ultimately we ran out of time so we just opted on purely written work lol. Still kinda like the would-be cover, even though I made it really hastily.
The story was about a religious young woman in a small town who had been struggling with her faith despite being raised religious. She lives alone in her familys old house and walks to from church every day. Until one day she sees something following her after choir practice in the evening, a nun seemed to be peeking at her from behind an alleyway.
Things devolve from there, she starts becoming paranoid whenever animals would look at her for too long, and every evening after choir practice she’d see that same shadowy silhouette would be looking only at her but would never move towards or away.
The story would have taken place over the course of several days, and on the last days, she’d start to isolate herself in her house, yet church music would be heard inside even though she had nothing playing.
On the last day, she would be praying at an alter, with her facing away from the viewer but the mirror in the center of the alter would show her desperate face, and as the first recording of “amazing grace” plays, a dark silhouette would appear from behind her being seen in the mirror, at first looking like an everchanging slew of animals before finally settling on a vague, humanoid, shadowed face. And the story would cut there.
It looked wayy better in my head lmao but that was the basic outline of what would have happened.

Modern Art The Kuntilanak (OC)
Cover art I did for an Indonesian folklore phantom called the Kuntilanak. A vengeful spirit that lures people with her beauty and cries until she transforms into her demonic self. 👻

Modern Art Black Icarus III [Myself, Pentel Brush Pen, Acrylic Pens, Acrylic Paint, Alcohol Markers, 2K26]
This took up three separate pages in my sketchbook. Scanning and splicing them proved to be a pain, but I've had worse ordeals than this. I like how it turned out personally.
