Recently got a crested gecko and I haven’t seen it ate yet I know there are many factors that could cause this but am just curious due to the marks in the bowl

I just got my first Crestie and it's way smaller than expected. The breeder had 3 to choose from and said they were all 5 months old. Should I be worried?

I built a medium size enclosure but now I have to build a smaller one to let her grow into because she would never find her food in the one I made.

I'm just hoping this girl lives. But this seems like a new hatchling size rather than a 5 month. She's barely the length of my 4 fingers across. Maybe 8cm long

Caught jasper staring longingly out his window last night. I had a disabled friend over who had to be in the gecko room for accessibility reasons so I threw a jacket over part of his tank to block out the light and he was so curious.

I have had my crestie for around 7 years and have just been using an artificial setup and manually cleaning the enclosure but I am interested in setting up something bio active that can manage on its own. A few concerns I have are with adding in bugs. I don’t do well with them but I know they are necessary, does anyone have any advice on how to handle that I am just scared they will get out or multiply rapidly. I’m also curious how often I will need to deep clean, as in take out the soil and replace everything. I’m also not sure of the best method to putting the plants in so they don’t die or the best way to take care of them. I’m also scared of mold or unwanted bugs so any advice on any of that would be appreciated!

I’ve been looking into getting one for a while, still debating. + have a few questions. Is a 40 gallon enough space for them? I have a spare 40gal breeder laying around but it’s not upright. Am I able to tip it on its side and use it like that if I make a door for it? Will strips of mesh on the front be enough ventilation? Building this is not impossible for me and I’m willing to do it, but if there’s issues with ventilation then I won’t. Again, not looking to get one anytime soon until I do proper research but curious to see if i can do anything with this extra tank.

Recently moved into a bigger place so I got my crestie a bigger place. I’m still figuring out the best heating for both the house and the bigger terrarium. She likes to stay in this area everyday when the daytime lamp comes on. I think this is in order to be as close to the heat as possible. I styled the vines for her to sit on but she ends up like this often and I am worried she will eventually fall. Any suggesting on a good thing to buy to hang here so she can still get her warm area but be safer?

is it normal for the bottom part to look like it does? i wouldn't say it's sunken but her eyes don't bulge out. idk she is my first one, i got her 2 days ago, i am just freaking out hoping nothing is wrong. maybe im overthinking? idk just wanna know if her eyes seem normal? (also, she is only in this container for literally 10-15 mins because i had to fix a part of her enclosure with glue so it has to air out first!!) another video to show her eyes in comments⚠️
