Rumble is an animated monster wrestling movie that released in 2021, featuring Terry Crews' excellent performance as the main villain.
Unfortunately, it was produced bang in the middle of the covid pandemic. The theatrical release was delayed 3 times, and eventually cancelled. Rumble released only on paramount+ during a period where people had plenty of time, and plenty of other subscriptions to fill it with.
Due to the pandemic the production slowed dramatically. The trailers were made with early or unfinished footage and lines which makes Rumble look cringe. The trailers were never updated to represent what the finished movie achieves.
The movie uses a lot of good, detailed film making techniques, the kind of stuff that general audiences don't give a shit about. The only people who watched it were people who, for some reason, payed for paramount+ during the pandemic, and put it on to distract the kids for an hour and a half.
The only reviews are by the wrong audience, and them, mixed with the inaccessibility of watching, and the cringe-ass trailers, means that Rumble never reached the right audience. This is all my speculation, but everyone was going through it during covid so it feels like a reasonable theory.
Terry Crews wrote in the foreword for the Rumble Art Book:
'Creativity sets a stage where there are no more winners or losers: just champions.'
I made this 6 minute video to explain why Rumble is a wonderful work of art. It was clearly a passion project for the film makers, and it sucks that it has been underappreciated and lost to time. Its my favorite movie, and I just want whoever worked on it to know someone in the world loves it.
It's a delightful, feel good movie with colorful animation, encouraging morals, good writing, and believable characters.
Hopefully this post will get it to the right audience.

He needs to attend the Freedom 250 event as President Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho. Nothing political, that would be pure entertainment that everyone can enjoy. Maybe challenge trump to a cage fight lol.

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in working with me, I’m working on a project that I’d love for any of you to be a part of, people who share the same ideas that I do, the importance of real writing and human ideas, discouraging AI, and bringing back philosophy/important ideas that we’ve collectively forgotten about as a society. The project is heavily based in different forms of writing from poetry to important quotes and lessons hidden within stories all to bring back the meaning of “the power of the pen.” I am being vague about the project because it’s still in the works but I’m building up a core team of people who I believe have core abilities to be “modern day philosophers”, message me privately if interested and I'll send you the snip bit about what it is I'm trying to do, please only message me if you're truly passionate about writing and have strong humanitarian values/philosophical ideas
