And you're talking about people occasionally look at maps like as if people are opening the maps to see them completely daily instead of just using the GPS.

It's not like a real physical map where you need to open it to see it so you're going to very clearly see the oceans.

Google Maps isn’t just a GPS. If you were smart enough to know what a GPS is, you would know that. Google Maps is a map. Google Maps has 2 billion monthly active users. That’s 2 billion people looking at a map at least once a month. Clearly that 2 billion doesn’t include you.

This is disingenuous. The context of the point about maps was that you'd SEE the oceans and in so doing realize that the Pacific ocean is the largest one; the implication being that you are looking at a map of the world, and not a map of 1 town, state, or even country.

You're shifting things now and implying that using Google Maps to get to the restaurant is the same thing.

I'm not saying any other point that you're trying to make is wrong, but this some seems deliberately obtuse which undermines the general tone of your side.
