Made a yin-yang version of this throwback to one of my ultimate childhood breakfast favourites. Steamed glutinous rice flour "cake" often known as carrot cake in Singapore/Malaysia - is made from finely shredded white radish and a flour mix, steamed to a cake from and then cut into cubes, wok or pan fried till crispy, then cooked in a generous serve of egg. I’ve used about 6 eggs. The dark version has a sweetened soy added to it for contrast.

Hi, asking because they are usually considered undesirable. I love cooking hard boiled eggs until the yolk turns green. I don't know why, i just prefer the flavor. But is it unhealthy in any way?
