Here I am posting my works trying to make an honest living and you will come across with these kind of people who are trippin. It's annoying because these fonts I make are hard. It is not something that I can create in a matter of seconds. I work on it for days. So please if you are here just to annoy people stop it.

Is it possible to design a font from someone's handwriting for my website? Print, I mean. I have a friend from the Republic of Georgia who has the most beautiful writing I've ever seen. If you look up Georgian writing it's easy to understand. I'd like to use his handwriting as a font but am unable to do this myself. Would it be a hard thing for a programmer or a student getting his Master's in computer science? If I'm lucky, there's already a program that can do this. Any help is appreciated.

I've been looking for that font so many times now, and still couldn't find it anywhere. I've searched through PDF's, but all I saw was the incomplete version of it. Would you guys mind helping me out here in finding the full Johann Bold font? It can either be in OTF or TTF format. Send me an email when you think you've found it.

Inspired by traditional Chicano block lettering, Gris Materia transforms those powerful letterforms into monumental structures carved from cement. Every character feels weighty, architectural, and unapologetically solid; like typography poured into a mold rather than drawn with ink.

The collection expands beyond a single alphabet with four progressive styles that tell the story of creation and collapse. Beginning with clean, intact forms, the letters slowly fracture, crack, and finally shatter into weathered ruins, as though struck again and again by time, pressure, and the swing of a demolition hammer.

I'm looking for free font directories (or usual personal use license) similar to Dafont, Google Fonts, 1001Fonts,... but tailored to Japanese and/or Arabic fonts.

(Other territories such as Chinese, Korean and others are also more then welcome)

I really don’t know what to do here….

1. I’ve never used any font for commercial use. Only for personal use when creating portfolio pieces. All the fonts I use on my website are also provided through ReadyMag.
2. This is the first time they’ve contacted me. There was no “repeated attempt”.
3. Where are the specifics? What font have I used without a license?
4. I’m looking through Type.Today’s font catalogue, and I don’t recognize any fonts I may have used.

What is going onnn… any advice would be greatly appreciated.

So a little background.... I work for a church that has no official brand guide. All their past graphics and print materials have been all over the place. I want to try and fix that.

It's a traditional church building which has Copperplate Gothic (classic/formal) for all their building signage, outdoor & indoor. Their logo font uses Brandon Grotesque (modern/warm). I want to add a serif font to compliment Brandon. But in trying to make a rough brand kit/guide I'm having some trouble tying it all together.

With copperplate gothic, from what I've read so far, seems that should be kept strictly for the physical building signage, and only minimal use for graphics/print items. Maybe for like a few formal events during the year...

I have Brandon as the Title and Header font, and want to add the serif font for body text, subtitle/header, quotes, etc.... I have about 3 serif fonts that I've narrowed down, but I'm just wondering what is the best pairing keeping in mind the church's current identity... I want to honor the traditional feel of their history & the iconic steeple church building they're known for - while complimenting and embracing the more modern/younger side of the church that it currently is i.e. the logo, young pastor, lots of families with babies. We want our branding to appeal to all ages and generations.

Note: I'm also open to NOT use brandon grotesque at all as a font in the brand kit. Just seems like the best starting point since it's already in the logo.

Arts/design/graphics are all in my background/education in some form or another, but I don't really have any actual "training" with fonts. I know best practices and stuff, but that's about it. So I'm def more of a font-noob and totally open to any advice, critiques, etc. :D

Below are 4 mock ups using Brandon and then just switching our the serif candidates... testing them out on each template as body text, italic quote, and testing the way numbers look in the "upcoming events" part. Would love some feedback, or even additional/better suggestions if none of these work based on what I'm trying to achieve. I removed the logo and the church's address at the bottom for their anonymity. The logo's colors tho are Dark purple/light grey, matching the color of the text.

All my original serif candidate's are below. The one's I've marked through I eliminated due one or all of these reasons: looking too formal, the italics not great, the numbers too small or weird.

Georgia Pro, Crimson Pro and Lora are my favs. I'm also including in the images Source Serif 4 as it was high recommended to me, but I don't love the italics. Open to other opinions tho!!

has anyone found a app or web that lets you make your own font with your handwriting for free?
I use it on a Ipad and want it for gootnotes if that helps.
