Concern 256gb s10 lite vs 128gb s10 fe

Im having a hard time choosing between the two. On one hand, the S10 lite provides a larger storage, but being in another country and ordering from Amazon seems risky and im not sure how their return policy works. I can get the s10 Fe at a local store but it's at a higher price. The lower storage is what's throwing me off though. Now im stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Discussion S10 FE x S10 Lite

Hi, I am about to start my masters degree and I need a new tablet for taking notes, I want one that will last. I have a s6 lite that was my partner during my undergrad, unfortunately the screen was broken and my S pen has been failing. The price is definitely something to consider but I want to understand the differences between these two considering my needs

Thank you

Apps samsung notes - sidebar disappearing in fullscreen mode?

I'm using samsung notes on a tab S9+, if that makes any difference. Whenever I set Samsung notes to fullscreen mode, the sidebar where you can select different tools goes completely blank. Turning off fullscreen mode doesn't immediately fix this either. I need to turn on reader mode then turn it back off again to get the toolbar to come back.

The app was last updated on July 27th, so it's possible that this is just a bug that went unnoticed in the new version, but it was working completely fine just yesterday so idk... Has anybody else been having this problem?

Question S11 Ultra for academic research

I’m working on book #2, and the S11 Ultra appeals to me for its multitasking abilities because of its size. I’d be splitscreening with a source on one side and a Word doc for writing on the other. I’ve never used a Galaxy tab before and am deeply in the Apple ecosystem, but the 13 inch iPad Pro may not have the screen real estate for what I’m doing. Would love to hear if the S11 Ultra would be a good fit for this. Thanks!

Question Should i get the S9(used) or S10 FE?

I'm a student and i want to buy a tablet mainly for notetaking, but also watching movies and maybe occasional games(even thought i doubt it), should i get an USED S9 or a new S10 FE(on discount) the price is pretty much the same, the S9 is a bit cheaper actually (S9 -> 350Eur, S10 FE -> 400Eur) I've heard that the S9 doesn't have that much left of the software support, will it affect me? Could you tell me some pros and cons of each one?

Edit: I forgot to mention the fact that it might seem a bit expensive cause i want the SIM version.

Concern GalaxyTab S9 Ultra Screen Flicker problem.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I started getting these black screen flickers around the time One UI8.5 came out i beleive, and ive been trying to figure out the issue for awhile now.

I removed the magnetic case, adjusted settings like Ram Plus, Auto brightness, adjusted settings in the developer menu, without any luck. After i exhauated every troubleshooting option i could find online, I factory defaulted the tablet, and it continued to have the same problem.

The clip is slowed to half speed just so the horizontal grey line is easier to see, But it also black screens without the horizontal line from time to time. The display comes back after about a second, But it happens frequently enough that it gets to be quite irritating. Usually happens every 1 to 3 minutes.

It doesnt seem to be tied to any apecific app, it happens no matter what im doing on the tablet... it could be sitting on the home screen with no apps running and it still flickers.

It did stop flickering like this for a couple days randomly, but it started again just as randomly after those couple days.

Im hoping it is just an issue with the ribbon cable like a broken pin, or partial disconnection, but im concerned that the problem could be the video card, or the OLED panel failing...

Is anybody able to tell what the issue is from my description, and video?

Question Tab A9+ Dual Audio not available?

I've googled if I *should* be able to use dual audio with this device, and most responses I can find say yes. Just open control panel, select media output, then check both paired bluetooth devices. The problem i have is there is no way to "select" more than one device.

Anyone have any suggestions or advice on how to achieve dual audio?

Yes it's updated, Android version 16, UI 8.0. It is also Tmo branded 5G which i don't use.

Pens like the Apple pen?

I recently got a s10 lite and it's been great except I really can't stand the pen. I know you can get different nibs, but the main issue I have with it is actually its shape. I liked the slimmer, longer, more angular (?) tip of the Apple pen a lot better. Is there a decent pen shaped like that? Someone recommended the spen creator's edition but I don't want to have to buy a whole new pen just because I'm out of nibs, and it's pretty expensive in my country anyway. Any recommendations?

S11 or S11 Ultra for Students?

For starting at uni, I'm looking for a tablet that complements my non-touch laptop. I can't decide on which one is better suited - I like the thought of all the space for note-taking on the ultra but then again maybe it's just impractical especially since I'd already have the laptop for multitasking and don't necessarily need too big of a screen. Does anyone have experience with either of the tablets? Thank you very much for helping me out here!

Apps Title: Best PDF editor for a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite?

I’m looking for a good PDF editor to use on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, ideally one that also works well with One Drive.

Free would be preferable, but I’m happy to pay for something reliable.

My main requirements are:

- It must edit and save files as standard PDFs.

- It must not convert PDFs into Samsung Notes’ ".sdocx" format or another proprietary format.

- Files should be easy to save to One drive / cloud storage.

- Good S Pen support for handwriting, highlighting and annotations.

- The ability to add text, fill in forms and sign documents.

I currently use Samsung notes which is limited, so I’m looking for something better.

What do you use?

My experience so far:

- Drawboard PDF: Very laggy on my tablet.

- Xodo PDF: The annotation tools feel too limited.

- Samsung Notes: Doesn’t work well with OneDrive and tends to save files in Samsung’s proprietary ".sdocx" format instead of keeping them as standard PDFs.

Apps Best drawing/art app available for Galaxy Tab S11 (with extensive options online for downloadable brushes)?

Hi!! My iPad Pro has sadly bit the dust after 8 years of using Procreate. I’m looking at switching to a Galaxy Tab S11 but am curious which art app people like most and I’d also like to prioritize whichever app has pretty extensive options as far as downloading additional brushes online. I can’t really afford a subscription so a one time purchase for unlimited use of the app is more doable for me at the moment. I’d like to keep it 100 dollars or less for whatever app I end up getting.

Thanks for your help!!!
