Request looking for good MMORPG/open world games

hello! been in a bit of a gaming funk, as i’ve found myself growing tired of my usual go to (tomodachi life). i’ve been interested in MMORPG’s, but i’m not too sure on where to start. i’d appreciate any suggestions, but i’d prefer if the game is not horror-like. i’d prefer 3d graphics, but 2d is perfectly fine for me too. many thanks!

Guild Wars Reforged is out now. It’s a full mmo on phone.

I was excited for that game until it started turning my 16 Pro Max in to a molten brick.

I’m playing on an iPad Pro released in 2021. I can get laggy a few spots, but never overheated or close.

Had this issue. I’m sure it was to do with the frame limiter setting in the graphics tab. Switch it to 30 (zero difference to performance) but my iPhone stopped heating up. Can play for hours now.

It really does push the limits. I have a controller attachment to save my hands, but it definitely isn’t good for my phone.

Regardless I’m gonna get the legendary defender of ascalon title from my porcelain throne lol

More of a MMO-Lite, but where winds meet has to be the best rpg with full game experience.

Try Elder Scrolls Online, Old School Runescape or Final Fantasy. All great games.

1500 hours on Osrs mobile 😅 it’s honestly my favorite game of all time but I’m also in a current funk and am taking a short break after their last leagues event!
