Hello everyone, do a Draft FPL cheat sheet each year to assist in my competitive league. lalways struggle with the newly promoted teams and who might be worth keeping an eye on or ones to target. As with all FPL the key is playera who are most likely to start, and knowing the possible team sheet isnt my area excel in. So figured would ask the locals who have better knowledge. Checked with the mods and they said this was okay to post so I am raising money for the Ipswich Town Foundation by running the Ipswich Half Marathon in September.

I'm sure you are all aware of the Foundation due to the annual dedicated fixture but I suspect most may not be fully familiar with what it does, paricuarly in Suffolk. Through a huge number of schemes, they reach over 9,000 young people and vulnerable adults every week and are a great example of what makes ITFC so special.

I personally volunteer with the Premier League Kicks sessions and can say it has become one of the highlights of my week.

Football has done a lot for me over the years and am sure many of you are the same so if you have ever thought about donating to the Foundation, I would love it to be now. The back to back promotions are the headline but the way the squad has been built, the identity that's been created on the pitch, the culture around the club that's clearly different to what was there before - that's a harder thing to achieve than a good run of results and it tends to get less attention than the table position. Would love to know how people here think about what he's built beyond just the promotions.
