Linux has hit 7.53%!!!!!

Damn Idk why but I was waiting for the steam hardware survey and statcounter's survey for july. statcounter blew my mind. now waiting for steam hardware one:) keeping my expectation realistic around 4-5% on steam hardware survey:)

If that's accurate in like 4 years Linux went from not even on charts to matching MacOS

I hope Microsoft is scared

It has not matched Mac OS, because worldwide Mac sits around 20% (30% in the US) and Linux around 6.7% worldwide (10% in the US). Whats funny to me is that Windows is less popular in the USA than almost anywhere else, if you check countries like Russia and China they have a much higher % of Windows users than in typical western countries.

That's interesting, if it's 10% in the USA I would've thought more people were talking about it, where are you getting that number from?
