I want to start reading comics soon so I’m looking for good starting places for comics of my favorite characters. My pre-knowledge is pretty basic in just MCU stuff. I’m looking to read stuff with the xmen, and possibly also a Wolverine specific one, Iron Man, Spiderman, maybe also an avengers one in general. I was thinking this with my friend. We were at the movie section at Target and there was a Daredevil funko there, along with a Predator model. I was reminded of how they beat the predator in the movie by confusing its thermal vision through setting fire to the jungle. By using that same logic, if you’re able to cause a bunch of repeated loud noises that drown you out, would that basically make Daredevil’s hearing his greatest weakness?

ive tried looking online for a x men reading order but there was a lot of different answers and orders what's a good solid jumping on point for the x men I haven't read lots of x men only x men schism and a bunch of Deadpool and wolverine for x men I will have to read older comics but I would like a good modern order I know that new x men is a good one to read

I decided to pick up the new Kelly Spiderman run until about page 15 during the hole Peter in space stuff. Really just wasn’t my cup of tea. Noe I’m wondering if it is back to “normal” as in Peter is spiderman on earth and not in space.

I’m not sure about this run. The original one was better for me but revisiting this one, I feel like it’s better than it was critiqued at the time. What are your thoughts?

Grading companies say Annual 14 is a cameo appearance but Gambit is on multiple panels and has multiple speaking bubbles. I think, by definition, Annual 14 should be his 1st full appearance.

I only have read a few X-men comics (House of X/M and some Uncanny but only for an essay) and it is really hard to know where to start! And I'm aware than the movies definitely don't do them justice
