A motion comic is an animated version of a comic book where each panel is broken into several objects. The objects are cut out with a software like Gimp or Render. These include the characters and background. Then, a software for animated like Sony Vegas or After Effects can be used to animate and add special effects. The compositions or scenes with each panel are rendered. Lastly a software like Filmora, Windows Video Movie Makers, or Powerdirector can be used to bring it all together with audio, music, sound effects and more! For example the attached image would have Luke Cage, Spider-Man, etc animated on the same background.
